  1. ^ I have to agree with Carnage. KI has some of the roughest rides I've ever ridden.
  2. Thanks for the heads up. I'll be all over this when it comes out.
  3. I like the idea, I just wonder how they are going to pull it off.
  4. ^^You can walk from SandCastle Suites to the back entrance by Soak City. ^Weekdays in May are the best time to go. A lot of rides (excluding MF, Maverick, and TTD) are under 15 min waits.
  5. Money's pretty tight this year so I'll just be getting a season pass to hit up all the CF parks near me. Cedar Point Michigan's Adventure Geauga Lake (Does this even still count?) Canada's Wonderland (My only new park.) Would also love to hit up Holiday World again but that's still up in the air.
  6. I have to second the vote for The Amazing Jonathan and especially Jeff Dunham. His "Arguing With Myself" special on Comedy Central is one of the best I've ever seen!
  7. I'd recommend staying at Breakers Express. About the same price as local hotels but with the added benefit of 1hr early admission to the park as a resort guest. Also check the site for any packages they might be running. They sometimes have some good deals on there.
  8. You can get tickets for $34 if you feel like stopping at any local Meijer on the way. That way you also get to avoid the lines at the ticket booths. Also I've seen Burger Kings with $8 off coupons.
  9. ^ I'm in for the TPR clan for Halo 3 if anyone else is.
  10. For me it depends on the park. At a place like Universal were the lines are themed, air conditioned, and a lot have videos to watch while you wait, I don't mind waiting at all. Places like Cedar Point and Kings Island on the other hand can get annoying really fast. There's not really anything to do and no shade from the hot summer sun.
  11. I'm not, though I haven't been to splashin safari yet either. Just thought I might hit it up while making the rounds through SFKK, HW, and SFGAm next week. And on Wednesdays they are suppose to have the buy one get one special on the combo passes so...
  12. So you're saying the water park isn't worth it? I was thinking of going next Wednesday and getting the combo pass.
  13. I thought both coasters were for PGA. Iron Dragon is the only coaster I have felt this on. It occurs on both hills every time.
  14. Iron Dragon at CP is like this also. Just always passed it off as being a junk coaster than needed to be scrapped.
  15. I've only been on the test seat, but from that there seems to be more room for larger people than MF or TTD.
  16. Great news guys! I'm going there the 9th and was getting worried when nobody was talking about it. Would love to see those pictures. Thanks for the great news.
  17. Does anybody know the status of Deluge? Last I heard it was suppose to open memorial day weekend, but I am having a hard time finding out if it did and if not when it will open.
  18. She reminds me so much of my girlfriend. On the lift hill: Oh my god! Oh my god! I'm gonna die! On the final brake run: Woot! Can we go again?
  19. Not sure they will do that, but that's a great idea. And if they do that will they make it so one side always wins or will it change randomly?
  20. Here's another video showing off Maverick. http://www.coasterimage.com/roller-coaster-videos/maverick/index.htm
  21. ^^Don't know but hope it will be empty as I'm going too.
  22. Hope it stays good for Wednesday. I can't wait to finally start this coaster season off.
  23. I really hope they can pull off the Volt. The car is ready to go, the batteries are the problem. No one has made a production car before using the lithium-ion batteries that this will use. And right now they are just too expensive(though no one will say exactly how expensive).
