Coney Island Ohio is definately a comeback park, though I'd say its more like a phoenix than anything. Even though the park has been flooded and mostly destroyed a few times, it keeps on coming back. Better than ever as a 5 star park? Maybe not, but its still a fun park to spend some time in to this day, and it's slowly growing year by year.

Looks awesome, but the cork and second barrel roll look like their taken too fast. Who thinks they'll Maverick them out?

If thats the case, all I can say is WOW! A launch that intense on that small a coaster would be pretty extreme, and should give plenty of speed for the remainder of the ride. As for the ride itself, so far so good. I'd like to see a layout/blueprint shot, but I'm sure that hasn't been released yet (or HAS it?) Either way, with Mystery and Maverick being my current favorite steels, and my recently developed love for new age coaster like Gerstelurs and El Locos, I'm definately gonna have to make a Europe trip sometime in my near future.

Definately HRP themed now..... .... ...GUITAR HERO THE RIDE! I might have to put in the old RCT3 again to make that now.

Why am I thinking this will be called Guitar Hero/Rock Band/insert band name here: the ride?

I think if we get enough support, we can atleast make an unofficial Ohio trip. CP, KI, and Coney+maybe Strickers if it's open

Now theres a TPR mini-trip I can atleast tag along for, if not join officially. Maverick, and Diamondback at parks I normally get passes to? Sign me up!

I don't know how many times I have to say this: DIAMONDBACK!!!!!!!!! Finally, KI gets a good custom coaster, and there will be another reason to get my season pass, aside from Crypt, Firehawk, and Vortex...

The thing is that Coney Island Ohio needs the water rides. It's famous for it's Sunlite Pool, but there aren't that many slides in the area. This addition will make it more of a water park than a freakishly huge pool.

Great to see that Coney's getting a new slide complex, but I'm still sad that the old slides had to bite the dust....I can't wait for our next ride expansion, but I guess it can wake. We DID get a viking ship, a Eurobungy, and a kiddy ride this year after all...

Actually their still going strong in America. Saw 5 is about to come out this Halloween. I'm not the biggest horror fan, but I've seen 1-3, and I guess they are pretty cool. I can't wait to ride this if I ever go on a Europe trip, since I absolutely LOVED Mystery Mine.

Its about time someone updated! I've been stalking the webcam, but I obviously needed some ground pov porn. I love how Diamondback is going to tower over the midway! Also, how even the bunny hills on the return run dwarf Deathbat: the Ride! I really can't wait for next season...

More track's going up on the second hill. Its starting to look pretty tall compared to Deathbat the ride, and the surrounding areas. I mean, its finally starting to take 2 angles to show what they've done on the 2nd hill so far.

From what I just saw, the station looks a bit longer than it has been. Maybe their starting to install the lift pieces?

Its awesome that they can still be right on track days after the reminants of Ike ravaged the park! That being said, its been atleast 2 minutes...I want new construction photos!

Looks like the yellow supports are stopping mid-second hill.

Webcam shows some supports getting moved by the train. I think their just putting up supports in general now.

Yeah. I'd love to see more angles. The webcam is horrible in the lift area, and won't show anything further than the station. From my pov, the area hasn't changes in 3 weeks.

This is horrible. Coney Island is a HUGE piece of amusement park history. It's bad enough taking down single historical rides *cough*King Cobra*cough*, but the father park of all our modern rides? I'm really mad that I never got the chance to make it up there. Honestly, the only good that will come out of this is that now people will actually recognize CI Ohio when then name Coney Island comes up.

I really hope something good replaces it. Zoom Flume was one of the highlights of Sunlight in my opinion. It shall be missed.

I think that Falling Star might be coming out. It was down when I went in July aswell..Shame that Cornball wasn't performing for you. I'd definatly put it up there with my top 5 woods. I agree on Steel Hawg though. Really fun ride, but nothing mind blowing. Finally, I'd love to get a clone of Formule X for Coney Island Ohio

Prowler looks pretty awesome. It reminds me of Beast and Raven with all its park seclusion, just without tunnels. Also, it looks like there will be some nice forces on it. I'll have to add WoF to my list for next year.
