  1. Insane at Grona Lund, purposefully unbalanced. Very intense.
  2. ^My favorite was on the ground literally 5 feet outside of a park bathroom. (I can't remember which park, but it was the one with the jet and pre 9-11 model of NYC) I can't imagine the number of kids in that park going directly in the water.
  3. I liked spooky world in NH. they just opened a second one down here in RI but it only has two mazes as opposed to the 7(?) of then NH one. I head to the one at Lake Compounce instead which is one epic 45 min long maze.
  4. Hair Raiser. It's location puts it a step ahead of Spanish superman.
  5. Zero G is hands down my favorite. It also seems to be the hands down favorite of the. It's a shame they aren't more common.
  6. Hmmm. Probably nemesis. I greeted out on Alpengeist's cobra roll but I think nemey was more intense throughout.
  7. Wildcat at Lake Compounce. Boulder Dash closed early
  8. I think the wooden coasters were already pretty damned good. Hopefully they updated the auto supports a bit, making it a bit more intelligent would go a long way.
  9. ^^ I freaking love the name dinoconda. The giant snake at ride entrance and in the station was also kick ass.
  10. I loved the meat buns in China and Japan so I will definitely be trying the Mongolian Beef.
  11. $45 is much cheaper than I expected. I will definitely be picking both this and TPS up. As for launching this year... flying turns shows that anything can happen, but I'll believe that when I see it.
  12. Unfortunately haven't been on either, but going with YOLO over Gatekeeper based on how gatekeeper looks far too B&M fluffy.
  13. Not that type of bobsled. A gerstlauer bobsled. Not sure why they call them bobsled, but it's a normal steel track with a 4 passenger car. More like a wild mouse.
  14. I thought there was another SBNO coaster somewhere that had the steel track work completely built but never had an electrical system put in so it never opened. Maybe even an (old) intamin? Edit; According to Wikipedia Vertigorama at Parque de la Ciudad in Argentina was built in 1983 and never opened. Rcdb has opening listed as 1983 but not sure if that's just the year it was built.
  15. ^This is sort of like a Craigslist missed connection, but much less creepy.
  16. Wow. The SLC looks good. Words I thought I would never say.
  17. It used to be SFNE/Riverside since I went there every year in high school, but I haven't been in years so now it is Lake Compounce.
  18. Hmm that concept art of the ride looks a lot like the penguin encounter at Sea World. Hopefully the out together a better overall ride experience.
  19. I found the menus on Epcot's website. Here it is in all it's glory. Some of these sound delicious!
  20. Kumba I love this ride. It crosses itself numerous times, it interacts with the railroad tracks and entrance bridge, is sculpted into teh landscape and has awesome forces throughout. This coaster turned 20 this year, and it is still one of my favorites.
  21. The Cobra Roll. With a very few exceptions, i find the transition in the middle to be very jarring, especially when taken backwards.
  22. Now that the season is (nearly) over what is the verdict of people that have ridden both?
  23. I've never noticed it before, but now that I see it, it cannot be unseen. Completely hideous!
  24. . I swear this park was trying to kill one of us. The looping toboggan, the double dispatch mouse, shooting arrows towards us, and trying to sell a partially drunk bottle of soda.
  25. I'm over 600 now but the only milestone coaster I know is 100, which was Dragon Khan.
