Awesome, I love spinners(or at least I love Sierra Sidewinder) so I have pretty high expectations. Sorry Elissa, lol.

The last picture is the infamous Journey to the Center of the Earth at Disneysea. It is infamous because it is considered by many people to be the most beautiful and highly themed ride in the world.(its awesome, and thats where the lava monster is from) Also, it uses test track techhnology(sudden acceleration and deceleration) and is supposedly much more reliable than test track. In fact, strangely enough when Cars is built the only resorts that wont use test track technology will be Paris and China.

These are some amazing photos. My personal favorite of the set being the first drop of thinderhead with the little fountain to the right. My second being the loop in Tenessee Tornado. It looks like you guy had a great time!

^^^ Mmmm, the ultimate example of B&M goodness(the hulk is really nice looking from far away also) My personal favorites are the following. 2 are not coasters, but are the two most beautiful rides on earth(IMO) and need to be put here because they are the most photogenic. Only Disney(and universal) can pull off something like this. California screamin(with water) is beautiful, with a very unique look added due to custom Intamin supports to make the coaster look like a wooden coaster. YAY INTAMIN GOODNESS The coaster is also in my top 10 Loch Ness monster is beautiful and considered to be one of the best arrows(this seems to be second best after tenessee tornado)

Umm, how will this work? Saw is not scary and it never really has been. I mean I heard the maze was pretty good, but based on a video I saw on youtube of hollywoods house it was only the pig mask people scaring. SAW is a good franchise, but I dont know if it will make a good year round house. I kind of think this will give the park issues, because Thorpe park seems to be turning all of its attention to thrills and is offering little in terms of family thrills, like Chessington. Especially if the new secret weapon at Alton Towers is this new super family ride, then Thorpe park will have very little to offer.

Damn I miss Florida, I was just there 3 months ago. It was so awesome to be able to wake up in the morning knowing that my day would be filled with awesome food and rides. Anyway, these are great.

Nice TR, sounds like a good day at Californias worst "theme" park(imo, lol see what I did with the slogan?) Also, just to let you know, Ghostrider just came out of track rehab in early october,right before haunt. Glad to hear it is running a little better cause I rode in June and it just hurt, it was fun cause of the airtime, but not worth the "abuse."

I though it was good, but that was from the video as I no longer have nl(my computer crashing+no saving equals fail) but it was an awesome layout. Good kob in choosing elements that Intamin comonnly features as I felt a little farenheight, maveric, and colosus all wrapped into a nice package.

However, keep in mind that most of the seminars are from a specific disney park perspective, but it sounds like it would be beneficial. This is something I am looking forward to in the future(It probably would not even benefit me, I am planning on majoring in linguistics) but it might be able to help you. The review is pretty in depth, and gives a lot of info. The only potential "downside" would be living in Florida for a few months, but unless you are really attached to Colorado this sounds pretty awesome. Also, there are threads on TPR for the same topic as well as numerous members who have participated. Hope this was helpful.

I am a total Disney fanboy, but I agree 100& Robb, this wont be as good as journey. Although, Journey is probably the most beautiful ride in the world, the mechanical effects are top notch, and even the vehicles on Journey show so much attention to detail, but this is definitely a step in the right direction. Does Disneyland even have enough space for a new e ticket(DCA seems to be using the last of theirs) so I cant see Disneyland getting something completely original for a long time. The only(likely) way DLR will get something original anytime soon is if they add the rumored third gate, however that has been rumored since as soon as DCA was announced. However, if a third gate ever does happen it will be something like Disney Sea or Epcot, because by now the Disney executives must have realized that those are the favorite parks.(not based on fact, but on what I have heard)

I just looked at like every section on the site and I was literally impressed with everything. I am assuming the pov of the slide was slowed down a little, but just the fact that its on a ship is awesome, and theres a star screen on the slide. The resturaunts all look awesome, and if animators palate is anything like the one on the wonder then the black and white color changing walls are stunning. I honestly think that Disney is being extremely smart as the kid as well as night clubs look to be awesome, and everything looks so well done. This is impressive.

Matt, are you talking to me or mannerdw? Anyway, my computer sucks and I am totally unable to save screens. Here is an update of progress on David so far. The entrance to the city of David. The city will lead up to the ride, kind of like a midway. A better view of the layout. Terrible picture, but I like the roofing so far. A little more of the temple. some tunnels have been added to give the coaster more charm and theming.

Terminator backwords is a TERRIBLE idea. Since it is a twister coaster it would be hard to brace yourself for the sudden turns, especially with PTC trains. Even if terminator is a smooth ride(I'll get my first rides at WCB in a few months as it appears I am going) it will jerk you around, and not being able to brace yourself could put you in an uncomfortable position.

^^^ Disney is almost revolutionizing the entire concept of cruising right here. In my opinion this is a much less older person friendy more kid/family friendly ship then I have ever seen. This is so unique that if and when I get married here is my honeymoon spot.

Looks really good, my only suggestion is change the plug n play amount of rows in the train for more realism. The amount of cars per train(I counted 17) would have too much airtime, but if you go with 9 or 10 cars I think that would be better. Also, just out of pure curiosity is the layout on Empire Express at all inspired by the RCT2 pre made invert with the same name, or is it coincidence? As said before keep it up, I'm loving the new parks around here. We are getting some awesome builders in RCT2 and 3.

Many coasters are called Goliath, but Goliath fell, even though he was tall. I am working on a NE(ish) design called David, the killer of Goliath. I have so far made the ride and am working on Davids temple. The design/area is only 45 to 50 percent done. Taken from my phone, so the quality is kind of crap! Station still needs some work! Lol, this reminds me of the funniest thing ever. My parents wanted me to see this band(I think) for a concert and I said I dont listen to that kind of music. He told me I needed to listen to more christian music(stretching your hand as far out to the right as possible will show you 1% of my amazingly conservative dad) so I told him I do occasionally listen to christian music. He asked what so I played some as I lay dying. He told me that was not Christian music and then I looked up online lyrics and told him he got owned. Me at a 3rd day concert(or any other generic rock/pop/punk band for that matter) I would mosh so hard it would knock the souls right out of the audience and into the metal loving demons below...
