Awesome TR, Soren. Disneyland is one of my favorite places to be for the rest of the year(they pretty much go from halloween right into christmas) and the park is always beautiful. I go to Disney so much that I gomt my pass in June and it had almost doubled paying for itself in August. Hope you got to see ghost galaxy(maybe in the next set of pictures?) because its pretty impressive. Anyway, glad to hear you had a good trip.

I am going to agree with everyone here and say Silver Bullet was/is the declining moment of knotts. This can be proven when you watch the wild west stuntshow and there is a B&M support in the show. Also, did anyone else know silver bullet has a backstory? This made me more mad then anything, becuase ced fair is trying to play that they are like the knotts family. The backstory is something like demons have taken over calico and the silver bullet is the only way to destroy them. HELL NO!! Cedar Fair has nothing to do with Calico, unless you count its deconstruction of Calico. Then to properly give a ride a story line you usually add some theming(or at least a color scheme) to fit the story, knotts did neither. Cedar Fair has taken out kingdom of the dinosaurs(one of knotts only dark rides besides the mine ride) and if they want to expand will take out the mone or the log flume. And the problem with southern california is that they have to expand, as they are competing with Six Flags and even Disney to a certain degree. The last shot knotts had of any charm ended with pony express in the white water wilderness area. The summer before pony express opened I said to myself "knotts may not be what it once was, but this area is still nice." Next time I'm at knotts is haunt during pony expresses opening year, the charm of white water wilderness is now officially gone, thus killing the last of the parks charm. Now, demon drop will kill the last ounce of charm from ghost town, because unless they theme it to like an oil derric(this is cedar fair) they will fail. The only hope I see for knotts is if they are noticing six flags is getting more well themed attractions like terminator or the dark knight and make a comeback. Do I see this happening? No, Do I hope this Happens? Yes. Cedar Fair has destroyed a charming place that I remember as a very young child where we would actually walk around the park and look at everything, now knotts is the ultimate example of a credit run park.

As most of you (hopefully) have noticed I have been rather absent from roller coaster tycoon 2 for a while, and used to be a much more frequent poster. Well, I finally decided today that it would not be much hastle to take pictures of everything from my phone and send them to verison. Heck, I may even be able to photobuscket these later, but anyway, I am starting an entirely new park with a new thread. I prefer no CS parks(I am sort of working on a CS design though) but this park will be no cs. The Storyline(will also be posted in thread when I start it) Blackstone Amusements, the current owners of Busch entertainment have recently announced that they are building a park in Vancouver, Canada. The park will be called Busch Gardens Canada, and instead of focusing on various continents such as Europe and Africa, the park will focus on specific countries and continents in an organized matter. The 2 major roller coasters that were announced were Knihts Quest, a B&M mini hyper that will travel over 60 miles per hour as well as an un named GCI wooden roller coaster which will carry an egyptian theme. (note, this is a teaser shot, those are not the actual colors An awesome first drop, the coasters drop will be a mix of terminator/kentucky rumblers first drop and renegades drop, providing a unique experience. This is a teaser photo, which is why its in black and white. Here is knights quest, the lift is actually currently up, but the catwalk is under construction.

And thats why we have gun control! Remember, if your drunk with a gun and are going through a haunted house then your really fricken supid. If your a drunk police officer with a gun at a hauntedhouse who gets the police called on them, your nothing short of mentally challenged. A few years ago my friends and I put up a garage haunt, I got some good scares and all of my friends sucked at scaring. These people were looking at my friends to see if they were pretending or if they were actually trying to scare. I was a mental patient and would sit on a stool with a hammer and talk to myself and use this huge wide smile. People would then walk by me and I would scream at them to "make the pain stop" or to get the voices out of my head." We had a giant spider from costco on a strring that we were dropping on people and a lady got freaked out really bad. She walked to my section and I was scratching my bodu(it hurt a little) and was yelling spiders. Then I used my hammer and was hitting the floor, like I was killing spiders everywhere. Damn, I was good, and I scared a lot of people, and actually managed to make a girl scream at the top of her lungs, it was awesome. Cant wait to try to work scary farm next year, then they will see ADHD and insomnia transform itself into a massive amount of energy all night long.

Not meaning to change the subject of the motion theater, but what is the ending on toy factory. I heard it was like dangerous or something, an being from so cal I am not going to drive 5 hours for a haunt. Also, for those of you that have been how does toy factory compare to the doll factory at knotts?

^ Agreed, ET is awesome, and I have only been on Florida's Mummy, and after hearing bad reviews of ours I wish we just got ET back. Also, ET's has a damn awesome line.(Indy is the best and dueling dragons is second, but we had express passes so I missed a lot of DD line theming) ET is an awesome dark ride, although its not nearly as awesome as MIB or Cat in the hat(IMO) but it is good. Universal, Disney, and Busch are the only American parks that that can build decent dark rides. (there are a few exceptions though)

For how nice of a park moviepark Germany looks they seem to have a terruble ride collection. I mean SLC, RCCA woodie, and various kiddie coasters does not make it seem very appealing in a coaster sense. Anyway, it looks like you had a good time, which is what really matters.

I dont know, I can go to Disneyland, Knotts, or SFMM throughout the year, so my last ride before the season will be california screamin, my next ride will be on november 7 on matterhorn. The I Love California Ghost

Does the Georgia Fright Fest have haunted houses? It is weird for me to see a park with scaracters out during the day.

I'm thinking the teaser is ride the lightening! (not much of a metalica fan either, but a slipknot park is doable maybe) anyway, keep it up. BTW, did you see Zobieland? The beginning of the movie with as the bell tolls was awesome.

This is so awesome. Last spring break we were staying at the Howard Johnson near disneyland becasue my friends like great uncle owns it, and I stayed up until 3am watching two hour and a half specials on pirates and haunted mansion. I like the monsters inc ride a lot also. In fact, it is good. Its right after toad, roger rabbit, and buzz, and obviously Indy. I prefer it to snow white, Pinocchio, or peter pan(most over rated name ever)

Wouldn't it be on accelerators ending or where suprese scream is now? Also, I was too short to ride it when it was there, but it has the best ending I've ever seen on a flatride.

Looks nice, but the colors for the woodie are not so nice. If you could fix that this park would be pretty good. The park has some nice buildings and a nice setting so far. Good job so far.

^ God Damn, I'm seeing it on friday and I jump at everything. Thats why my friends go to haunt, my friends bother asked my friend wht he goes to haunt when he doesnt get scared and he said " I get to watch him scream like a bitc*." It is very unfortunatly that I love horor movies and get scared really easily at the same time, I guess I hust like being scared. My friend who is not scared by anything said this movie is terrifying, though.
