^ Thats the magic of Disneyland. At Disneyland park(not California Adventure) there are only like 3 places you can see outside of Disneyland. It is pretty cool to be driving and to just see six flags. Knott's has the coolest drive ever though, you drive underneath Ghostrider and Accelerator looks almost as crazy as it rides if you see it from far away.

I would argue that this isn't true. While it might not by physically addictive, I know a lot of people who simply can't get to sleep without it. Might not by physically addictive, but it sure seems to be mentally addictive. Zero reports of people dying from it? How about in car accidents caused from driving while high? Is that not direct enough? Just because everybody seems so confused by this concept, DWI (DUI depending where you are in the country) is not only an alcohol offense, there are many ways you can be under the influence. Also I can say from personal experience that the single time in my life I tried it I ended up being very uptight, not the extent of violent but still I was at minimum irritable. Lastly in terms of damage to internal organs. I don't really know much here, but long term exposure does at least make people seem a lot slower. But maybe it's just their sunny disposition on life from all the pot their smoking makes that makes them take life at a slower pace. Yeah that officer shouldn't really be doing the dare program. Their job is discourage the use of drugs. As for if it has an effect, I've always doubted it to some degree, but schools don't know how else to deal with the problem. Lastly on the argument that if you don't smoke pot (at least I think that is where you were trying to go with your Daren analogy) you're going to be hated by everybody, I never smoked (except for once in 8th grade) and I was popular and was invited to several parties. The Daren thing is more about the people at my school that look down at everyone that does drugs in general. I do look down at burn outs, but a smoke or two wont really hurt you, I do agree with Tyler that all drugs will be legalized, but at the same time I see the negative effects of general safety, so I realize that could not happen. I enjoyed the feeling and as I am reading through this thread I realized I kind of made myself sound like a stoner. I am not a stoner, I have smoked three times in my life. I'm not going to say I will never smoke again, but I don't need to smoke again. I have never smoked prior to driving, and the only time I have ever smoked and driven on the same day was five hours after smoking. The main point I am trying to make is marijuana is something that if used safely and somewhat smartly is okay. It's the same with food, everyone loves a good meal, but many people become obese after too many good meals. If someone smokes once or twice a few times a month or even once a week thats fine, more than that and its a little bit dangerous. It is all about planning and moderation, but remember, its also not like everyone will be high. Does everyone who can drink drink? No. Why? It's a personal choice, if they hurt someone else it is their fault and they deserve to be punished. Everything has consequences and everything has solutions to the consequences, there is almost always a way to make things like marijuana work. We as a state need money, so a tax would help.

I'm going to the mall with my friend, hes meeting his friend(only 17) and her six month old daughter, but I don't judge. After all going somewhere with a young child will allow me to conceive my plot of seeing the princess and the frog without feeling "gay" no offense to any one using that word, but I cant think of a better word for this scenario. I've never really thought of it, but I've never really been nrar babies o young children, and I actually have to watch what I say. I don't cuss much, but if friends are around I tend to slip in what I say which is generally okay except I've never met the mother. The mother(friend of a friend) will probably hate me if her child's first word is f***.

Awesome video Robb. For anyone who has been there why does everyone like journeys lava monster so much? Don't get me wrong lava monsters are totally awesome and the actual monster looks very cool and well done, but does anything specifically set it apart? Regardless if someone were to randomly ask me what non coaster I most want to ride before I die its journey. One of these years I would love to do a japan/asia tpr trip.

^ I used to listen to coasterradio, but mike is just not funny or Edhy enough, and the shows not interesting enough. I do listen to the season pass for informationh/interviews and in the loop for the entertainment and coaster stuff, and I like long podcasts. I am currently looking for podcasts and I am starting to listen to keith and the girl which is an awesome comedy podcast. Future listener of the Robb Alvey and Coasterboy show. For those of you who dont get this you need to listen to the april fools episode of in the loop last year. Robb was like an ewntire group of comedians and in about 45 minutes robb will become your hero.

I think pot will be legalized simply because people will actually vote for it. Many people say teen/young adults dont vote, but if its for something as awesome as pot we will come running to the polls. Also, pot will be a major cash drug because of its effect but few affects. If you use a bong there is no tar, it is not addictive in any way, there are zero reports of people dying from it. There are also no reports of it making people more violent(like alcohal) making people depressed(like alcohal) or damaging any vital organs(like alcohal) so in the end pot always comes out on top. Also, marijuana myths are pretty much what dare officers get paid to do. I know this guy who used to be a dare officer and at my elementary school reunion(no joke) he asked how many people had smaoked(the teachers were not there as they were getting food for graduation). About 50 percent of the kids raised there hands, he said "Good, yoor being kids and rebelling just like your supposed to. I'm not saying I support it and if you get caught that sucks for you, but its not gonna kill you." Dare is a stupid thing to even teach kids, because did anyone ever really think I gave a flying **** when the Dare officer was like "This is daren the lion, he does not give in to peer pressure." Daren is clearly the kid that does not get invited to parties and is hated by everyone. Stupid Daren.

^ I'm a BIG supporter to, if you know what I mean. I just support it in a less legal way. Assuming I am not going to get banned for posting this I have smoked once or twice in my life. I am in no way addicted and while it was "fun" I am in no rush to do it again. I did not drive or do anything irresponsible, it was just kind of "fun." I am totally for the lagalization of marijuana, my friend had a 4.0 and he is perscribed with medicinal marijuana and he is really smart. He is at the top of his class, and he smokes at least once a day. My other friend is a great athlete. We are in high school so he is not tested and is occasionally high during/before his games. It does not make him better, but it in no way makes him worse. I just dont see why alcohal can be legalized if pot cant. I am all for the support of preventing driving while high, but also you cant overdoes from pot or die from smoking it. Why would our batman get better? It makes no sense, its not like we have the original batman or somethng like that. It would be awesome for Riddler's to be rethemed so the station just feels more "evil." Also, some fire for Riddler would kick ass. However, if any ride is getting a re theme/upgrade it will be Sream. Shapiro knows about the parking lot jokes and everything for scream. Also, SFGAD's Medusa was recently turned into Bizarro, so the enhancement would be easy as there is alredy known places for fire effects and what not. in fact, most everything else at Six Flags is nice enough. Colosus never bothered me, its not themed, but it does all it needs to to look nice. Goliath's jungle que is quite nice for a Six Flags park. Viper and Tatsu could be better themed, but I have no proble with the over all look of either station. Revolution looks good with the hills around it. I mean, goldrusher could be a little more mine themed, but its been there since the 70s and ninja looks ok. It's really just scream that screams it needs theming.(Im clever)

California Screamin, Maverics younger brother. There is a fun launch, a good sized drop(especially for a disney park) and about 5 pretty good pops of airtime. There is even one really good pop of air in the front after the launch, and dont forget, tis ride gave ejector airtime when it first opened before the trims were added before the bunny hops. The ride is just really fun, and combines pretty much every element someone could desire in a roller coaster into a family ride. The Matterhorn is also under rated in my opinion. The coaster is not that fast, but in my opinion it feels fast. I have also never been on a coaster that felt as out of control as the matterhorn. On the left track there are two small drops that are really steep, yet you dont break for them or anything, and its intense as hell. I rode in the rain this friday with my hood over my face, meaning I could not see and I felt like a ship in a tsunami. We were flying all over our seats(we only rode one per seat) and it was the wildest ride ever. As far as non coasters are concerned the California/French tower is very under rated. It is over shadowed and far inferior to the florida and disney sea ride, but it is still a lot of fun and very well themed. There is also a stron moment of ejecor airtime.

^ Lucky, do you do all the nights of Chanukah and not do gifs on christmas or like half of the nights and then some chrsiatmas gifts. Are youre parents awesome and you get every night of hankukah plus a bunch of christmas gifts? Just curious because I dont know anyone who does Christams and Chanukah. It looks great so far, especially the supports. I love how it is a mix of great bear and nemesis, both very unique. At knotts in June a large group of friends(2 were twins) kwpt riding ghostrider over and over by just getting out of the train and then getting back in. I told the ride op what was happening but the boys large(8-10) group kept saying they had never ridden. People who use the steps of city hall at disneyland as their own personal changing table. Had this been at like SFMM or even a really crowded Disney day this would have been gross but I would have been ok with it. In every bathroom at Disneyland there are changing tables, they may have one or two kid waits, but a dirty diaper wont kill your kid. Relating to the diaper subject if you have a kid still in diapers dont dress them in an elaborate Captain Jack or Disney Princess. I saw somethig really sad today in the bathroom where a Dad needed to change his daughter who was dressed as the new princess tiana. They were running late and his daughter wanted to see the showboat jubilee and she took forever to change and redress and then we were walking by rivers of America like 5 minutes later and they had terrible seats. The daughter was happy, but she was not close.

Superman the Escape. I can barely count it as a credit. IMO it is a really fast launched tower that looks terrifying until you realize it goes like 250 out of 300 feet.

^ THIBTEEN THE RIDE! is what it looks like to me. Also,this looks less family than I thought, and I did not think it ever looked very family. Does anyone know if the ride goes under ground at all or something like that? Then I would get the crypt theming. Is is possible this could be the smallest megalight? If that were to happen I believe they would come to the US, because Alton is a well known and well liked international theme park. I don't know wht to think as of now but one things for sure,I have neve known less or though more of a new coaster. The WHAT MAKES IT UNIQUE ?!?!?!?!?!?! Ghost

So its not a family coaster? I'm so confused. I thought it was called Surrender(I like 13 better) but its so confusing. Does the ride have some backstory or is it getting an area because who the hell are the hooded guys? And what the #### is the new element? Am I the only one who is going to feel somewhat dissapointed if this ride is anything less than amazing?
