  1. You'd think that with the money Kuwait has someone would be able to afford to build a decent theme park.
  2. Yup. This sums up bronies. Pretty hysterical and sad. Is being a brony a choice? No it's just hysterical.
  3. Gordon Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares' Glass House episode is on BBC America pretty much every day. Really cool you got to go there!
  4. Thanks for taking the time to post the time lapse. I can't wait to see videos of this ride and pictures of the pull through, this ride is going to be really unique!
  5. Awesome report! What a beautiful looking decent sized park. Sapporo is some good beer, thanks for taking all the photos!
  6. It's been a couple of weeks, I'm assuming we are going to hear something soon for holiday break! Can't wait to see all the details on this monster and maybe even...POV?!!?
  7. I hadn't realized you only have to be 52" to ride. That's pretty cool. Not a huge difference than 54" but it's giving more people the opportunity to ride!
  8. X Flight. Of all the B&M wing coasters, I had my worst rides on Gatekeeper. The last row was godawful. One of the worst rides in recent memory. I had some decent rides in other rows, but still the overall wasn't as good as X Flight. X Flight had some really good effects that worked well! Gatekeeper had a great view and all, but I enjoyed X Flight more.
  9. Very impressed with how it looks, especially the final splash down! Kind of eerie.
  10. Great report! And so many photos, too, thanks for uploading them. I'm not a fan of shrimp but I still have to say damn those looked good; and are huge!
  11. I love how this TR spans months and just keeps on going. Can't wait for more photos and reviews! It was nice to see a few photos of Kings Island since the park is closed for the season now.
  12. I didn't get to ride Superman, but I did get to experience this! I thought it was hilariously cheesy but also great fun. I had no idea what I was getting into when I got on the ride, but I ended up being ...what transported through Bugg's rabbit hole from Brisbane to LA? Classic. ExtraTerror Alien Encounter scared the sh!t out of me as a kid - because it was so believable! The ground thumping, darkness, animatronics, ...everything worked to be a perfect scare. Shame it couldn't be mimic'd at a different park.
  13. Love all the photos and interviews! I thought Vekoma's "ride more people would buy into" might be the tilt coaster. Did you tell them how much you enjoyed that ride? It was Vekoma, right?
  14. I love the new Lightning Run train! Everything looks incredible, and the news coming out of IAAPA is really exciting.
  15. Wow, I think Chance/Morgan is going to really try to make a good first impression with this one. It will be very interesting to see how it rides. I'm going to visit ASAP!
  16. This guy's detailed in depth recount of his trip on Kings Island's Extreme Skyflier (Skycoaster) Is absolutely hilarious, you must watch this! It's gold. [youtu_be] [/youtu_be]
  17. I love how they're planting trees at the same time. It just makes sense. I can't believe this coaster is real...it just looked too awesome to be true! I'll have to get there some day.
  18. This is going to be an interesting loop. Masonbuzz.com
  19. For those who are able to experience it, skiing is just as thrilling as riding a roller coaster - you can control how fast you want to go, make quick turns, and even get airtime over moguls! If you've never tried it before, I high recommend it.
  20. Check out how it looks from outside the park. Mmmm finally a zero G near me! Look how small that loop is! © ohiocolts picture
  21. I like the size of that loop! Not very big...I hope the train flies through it.
  22. Driving into Sandusky and seeing that massive park out on the lake gives you a special feeling - so does seeing Millennium Force and Maverick/TTD in person. But it doesn't compare to WDW. Are you f'n kidding me? Cedar Point is one thing, but personally on one of those slower August or May days with no line...you can get bored. That is after all day. And I'm just comparing to WDW. But you can only ride Maverick so many times! You get your fill. Gemini, Maverick, Raptor, TTD, Millennium, Wicked Twister, a few flats are really outstanding...I personally hate Mantis, Magnum; and the rest of their rides are blah. But I do love visiting Cedar Point every 3-4 years. The Beach, surrounding area. It's pure fun. There's so much to do at WDW. And even though they don't have Indiana Jones ride (+1 DL) or Cali Screamin' (+1 DL) or on board audio on Space Mountain (+1 DL!) WDW is a clear winner.
  23. I love this ride. It's an incredible night ride. I'm a little bummed it's going to have a decent line now! I used to be able to marathon it any time of day. But I'm glad this means that the ride will be here for a while. It would be interesting to have those floorless trains on the ride; but with the Invertigo and Banshee all being floorless I don't see it changing.
