Congratulations Kolmarden, you did it. This is the best wooden coaster ever, and will probably beat most of the other steel coasters out there. Take note, other parks; this is going to set the bar at a whole new level.

I will seriously be bummed if Diamondback got seatbelts. I don't believe it will kill the ride if it does; but c'mon how are you supposed to float out of your seat if there's a seatbelt holding you tight? But I wouldn't put it past Cedar Fair to get a break on insurance or something. It's all about saving nickels and pennies.

There's a possibility Diamondback is getting seatbelts for 2014?

This is pretty astounding. Here and (classic) Kings Island fansites are arguing about what true color the ride is. Who gives a flying f%ck? I'm interested in how the ride runs! I'll be there this summer to experience the ride, not paying really any attention to the ride's color scheme or what type of blue/green it is. I like to pay attention to what type of airtime/restraints/forces a coaster has.

Interesting! I'm all for different coaster types/ideas. Japan, you're awesome! It's a long ride, too. Harsh brakes, lift, launches, and yeah...tires.

The owners of Grona and Skara? They have an awesome history of putting in unique and just plain awesome, smart coasters. Ex. Insane (The only insane Intamin ball coaster), Twister (one of a kind compact GG), Vilda Musen, Tranan (that fun looking S&S coaster). And they did have that Intamin stand up coaster back in the day. So they've got awesome connections with the companies we like to see. I would love to see an insane new S&S launch coaster. They've done some freaky, funky stuff over the years. So I'm sure we'll see something that's ....well. Who knows, that's the fun of it. It's going to be what Robb said. Although since he's so eager to take money maybe they're paying him to be their 'hype man' for their ad campaign

Never heard of this park before, does it have any coasters/non zoo attractions? I guess they've been saving big bucks to put in something that will get people talking and eventually coming through their gates.

I've had rides on Wild Eagle and X-Flight that I really enjoyed, and also some that I really did not enjoy! Gatekeeper I had one decent ride, the rest were crap. Lifeless! Slow, bouncy (not in a good way), and the restraints killed me.

Riding Maverick and Millennium Force for the first time in 4 years. I'm so sorry I spent so much time away from them! Backwards Viper would probably be number 3. I love Viper and it was awesome to ride it backwards. Beast is a close competitor, it was running very well this year.

Interesting, I thought SFFT's Goliath was the lamest. The most intense, I believe, is SFOG's Batman. Probably due to the constant high head and humidity there. But honestly I haven't had a rough ride on a B&M invert. Backwards Batman smacked me around a little bit but that's because I was in the very back row. And it was backwards.
