Tower. of. Terror. It was a fun ride though! I enjoyed it when I wasn't stapled. Stapled it didn't do jack. -

Okay, so it's still a RUMOR it's "closed for the year" I'm pretty sure if it's closed for 09 we will get a press release soon. It's a very popular ride despite how rough it is, I HIGHLY doubt they'd just hang a sign on SoB and say it's closed for 09, go away. Just wait for the park's word. -

Erik, Yes, Holiday World is GOOD...their coasters are great! But..they don't have much else. I would advise against not doing two days, there just isn't enough to do! I know I would be bored on the second day, unless lines were horrible. 3 Coasters, one double shot, log flume...some cool slides. For a few hours, I was content. Just my two cents. -JZ

Did you saturate the photos? The colors just don't look realistic to me. -
Hey TPR, I was on Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 the other day (like a typical nerd) and a new ride came up. "Spinning Rings." I remember going to a small festival and seeing on of them going around, but I was always too small. I can't, for the life of me remember where it was at...but I wanted to do it so bad! Where have all of these gyroscope rides/spinning rings gone? Were they any good? -JZ Apparently you can sit down, if you're grumpy. Take your anger out on kids, spin them around for ages! Hot chicks approve! You usually controlled them...

What are your TOP TEN COASTERS
PKI Jizzman replied to ddaver177's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Here are my top coasters: -Voyage -Cornball Express -Scooby Doo's Spooky Coaster -Maverick -Afterburn -Kentucky Rumbler -Diamondback -Goliath (SFOG) -Space Mountain -Steel Hawg -California Screamin' -Thunderhead -Raven -Millennium Force -Top Thrill Dragster In the "Can't be touched" category: Scooby Doo's Spooky Coaster - It's just an experience that can't be touched in my opinion. The ride, the theming, the place...it's just something that I will not forget. Top 10 Coasters: 1. THE Voyage: Completely blew me away, ejector air all over the course, and a smooth but out of control feeling. WOW. 2. Maverick: It's just everything that I'd want from a coaster....and more! 3. Diamondback: I've been SOOO lucky to have different, exclusive rides that people have never had, nor will they be able to have! Those rides make this a HIGH top coaster in my list. 4. Goliath: Just sooo many times I got that stomach in my throat feeling. And I LOVE that feeling! 5. Space Mountain: Wow, I loved the experience! The ride and theming. 6. California Screamin': Very Similar to Maverick. 7. Cornball Express: Ejector air, crazy lay out, and buzzbars! 8. Kentucky Rumbler: Just an awesome wooden coaster. 9. Afterburn: Fanastic B&M invert, great forces, great elements. 10. Steel Hawg: One CRAZY coaster. Very NEW elements and feelings it gave me. It's something different, and I loved the hell out of this ride! -
I like all the classics! But the only movie that just freaks me out...is Signs. I don't know what it is about that movie..it just scares the crap out of me! I love being scared, I work at Fear Fest, all that stuff....but I HATE Signs! It freaks me out!!!

During my SFOG visit... -I got my seat stolen by a ride op at Cyclone -Goliath was stacking two trains; one train would leave the station, train 2 would enter as train one goes around the track. train one waits on the brake run for 5 minutes while train 2 sits in the station. -Superman's line was just out of the station, but took THIRTY minutes. -Batman was slow because the ops were just messing around Everything else was good...but don't let the operations keep you from coming to suck a GREAT park!

I had a kid win a Nintendo DS the other day with only five bucks. And yet again I watched a teenager waste 60 bucks trying to get the iPod touch....I know it was 60 because he kept coming back for change
