  1. I've been waiting for a new age Master Blaster. Helllllll yess!
  2. Yeah, I was trying to compare it to Diamondback, but I couldn't find any of those large spines on it near the break run; because I watch the transfer track every day.
  3. Couldn't have said it better! S:TOP was lame =( 1. SFoG 2. SFoT 3. SFFT San Antonio Sam is going to kill you.
  4. See any similarities to old school B&M invert track? Orochi's track.
  5. Those pieces look VERY similar to the new B&M track at Carowinds. Fishy...
  6. I think on the news today they said it's not operating for the rest of the season. Surprise. Everyone freaked out today when they saw SOB's sign down. Haha. They always put Club Blood's sign in its place this time of year.
  7. What's wrong with Alpengeist's ending? The ending helix is kinda slow and boring, if you count the first helix too then it is half good. And I don't know why you put "Diamondback's airtimeless hills and watersplash" in any seat...front or back: -you either get pushed up out of the helix and down into the watersplash; then out into the brakes or -yanked down the drop into the watersplash, then out into the brakes. But hey if you don't like the watersplash, you're the one in ten who doesn't.
  8. Your title is incorrect. He didn't die while riding. It was in the hospital later. Vekoma death machines! I love how they put "SF WoA" versus Cedar Fair's Geauga Lake....hahaha.
  9. Oh, and here's some TPR at Diamondback! My friend was taking random pictures, and captured the moment haha. Der Der Dongt and friend visited from Germany!
  10. Its glory? Oh lawd. A prefab track for SOB would probably cost more than T Express. And for a layout that's predictable, boring, and uneventful. Get it out of here.
  11. The Deluge types are SOOOOOO much better than Master Blaster. Master Blaster was fun, because it was long...but the Deluge types throw you out of your seat! At least the one at KI's Great Wolf does. It was fantastic. But I'm not sure if it can beat the cannon bowl; which is HEAVENS better than the Behemoth Bowls. I thought it was forceless compared to the cannonbowl.
  12. I must have been at Cedar Point! There's no way I would have missed you guys at KI! LOL!
  13. Took a day trip up today: Park was packed. Saturday bad. And it's Wednesday!!! No special events....just bad luck. ALL rides had FULL queues and spilling into the midway, even Mil.F and Raptor!!! -Got SEVEN rides in NINE hours. -Wicked Twister first, and a walk on. Umm...did they cut out a lap? I rode in the back seat, and only went all the way to the top....ONCE! The ride was over right when I was about to have fun. -Dragster at 10:15AM....HOUR wait already. I rode in the last row, since it's impossible to get the frontseat without a 30 minute wait. Lovely as always. Trains were flying over the top hat. -Magnum 30 minute wait. Trim was on HARD. It was an okay ride. Needs new restraints, it'd be awesome. -Millennium Force, 1 hour, 45 minute wait. I rode in 5-1....where the Discovery Channel says is best. It was better than the back; a fun ride. It just meanders around. ONE nice airtime hill off the Millennium Island. It's a fun ride like I said, but wow...again, Diamondback is so much better. If you like airtime, go for Diamondback. If you like....coasting around, go for Millennium. Even the first drop can't save it. Diamondback has it beat from the start. -Maverick, 1 hour 45 minute wait. Worth the wait, Worth the wait, Worth the wait, Worth the wait, Worth the wait. This ride is incredible. Everything you'd want in a coaster....and soooo, OH SO much more. It's amazing. Stop whining about the restraints, the ride still kicks so much butt. -Gemini, 30 minute wait. Crew is the most rude people I've seen. Don't judge someone if you haven't met them. -Raptor, 45 minute wait. A full queue house. Went by fast; it's a B&M with an obnocious, pushy crew. The line moves fast. It's tied with my favorite invert, Afterburn. Only go for the front. BUT! Maverick was hauling a$$. It was running soooo smooth and so well, it's tied Voyage for my Number One coaster. That was worth the trip. God, such an amazing ride. I love it! But darn, crappy day for a guest at CP. -Zach
  14. Backed up! What another great few updates Erik. And I liked the whole round up coaster review at the end. I should include that in my Texas Trip! My friends keep telling me about the museum, and the pictures prove how crazy it is! And great pictures as always! -Zach
  15. People complain about line jumping all the time, but all you have to do is report it to a ride op, and we'll get them out of line! I really wish people would help report. We can't help you unless you help us! The first step is letting us know. But I will say that I am always looking out when I'm at greeter or seperator. I know just as well as you do that line jumping sucks. -Zach
  16. That was the most crowded day I've seen this season. I knew I saw you, especcially when this woman yelled at me, freaking out because she saw you leaning over to the side while riding Diamondback. I told her everything is out of arms reach; but she insisted that you were trying to grab/touch things, and you could have been killed. Yup. Saturday was a FANTASTIC day. I can't tell you how many line jumpers I kicked out of line.
  17. More Kemah! That's all for the park. This part was a lot of fun. Bye bye Kemah! and then that sick nasty turn New batch of people! Crazy messed up first drop. Coming around. Flying all around.. See! There is fun to be had on this ride. First drop. I like this. Liven up flowers! fun fun fun fun fun I enjoyed that first drop. Hey Bullet's running with a half full train! Everyone was very interested in how Kemah got turned around so quickly. Mighty Putty! That's the trick! No, lunch was amazing. The stuffed chicken was sooooooooo good. and the presentation was very well put together. I need to recharge now. Oh face! Bigger than the average tower. There's only one thing to make you late for lunch....and it's this amazing ARM...whatever, sex tower. OMG Kemah is a very pretty boardwalk. I was very impressed. It felt kind of, "Downtown Disney" to me.
  18. DAY 3!!! Kemah in the morning, SFFT in the afternoon/evening. GIVE ME YOUR FINGERS! Hooligans! Overview of the area Aw, he just wants a TPR name tag lanyard! Hi, I'm a human. What are you? Get back to Carowinds! This isn't North Carolina! OMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM Stingray orgy! CRIKEY! Touch me, you die. BECAUSE I'M A POISONOUS DART FROG! Lots and lots of fish. This place had a better exhibit than SeaWorld! Sad to say... Aquarium tour! That's right Luko, HOLD ON FOR YOUR LIFE. Oddly enough, it was running so well, I put my hands up the WHOLE ride! It was great! ....don't get me confused with the other guy. Group waiting for it to open. Who's going to ride? Testing. Do you hear those clicks?! That means it's under 70 SECONDS!!!!! ......it'll be decent. Good morning Boardwalk Bullet!
  19. 15 minutes of ERT on Poltergeist = 3 rides. 15 minutes of ERT on Superman: KC = 4 rides. 15 minutes is a lot of time!
  20. I still thought it was the hardest B&M trim I've ever felt. Not to mention, now that I think about it, we barely slowed down, if at all, at the MCBR, which is kind of strange. The midcourse gives you two squeezes. The trim is there so you won't overspeed the MCBR and the won't estop itself.
  21. The St.L Freeze looks like it doesn't make a full U turn when exiting the top hat. It looks like it lets the train curve out to the left a bit...hm, maybe a wierd angle.
  22. Something I saw and HAD to comment on right away...the attraction rating.. CEDAR FAIR rated Prowler a FOUR. Adventure Express is a FIVE, nearly everything is a five....so if Prowler is rated a four, then it's probably not like it's GCI brotherin, haha. I completely take your word that it's very family friendly, Erik! Why doesn't KI have these at: Firehawk, Son of Beast, Vortex, Invertigo, and Beast?!??!
  23. Oh come on, don't exaggerate. It's Kings Island. Did you think they'd build the perfect B&M? Of course not, again..it's Kings Island. It's just a good B&M hyper. I'm so happy we got this far. I'm not, that's the only trim I've ever experienced on a B&M where I've actually jerked forward that much. Usually they are just a light tap. Even Mantis' on the first drop isn't as bad... DB is still a damn good coaster. I gave it a 9/10 on my CF rating. I just thought it was just a normal, cookie cutter B&M Hyper (which isn't a bad thing by any means) with nothing that really stood out or was unique, layout-wise. The trim just makes the cycles time perfect. It's supposed to be 35 seconds from the lift to the midcourse; so the trim makes it perfect. If you don't want the trim...ride it in the morning when the coaster isn't warmed up as much.
