Anyone who owns a Wii and goes to IGN probably already knows about The Conduit, which got a new site up earlier with unlockables if you find the right clues (hidden in the site) and type them into the messenger. http://www.seeing-is-deceiving.com/ Quarantine - gets you wallpapers I can't wait for this game, as it is one of the first of it's kind on the system. A decent FPS with excellent controls, online, wii speak compatible etc. I searched and didn't see anything on it, so I thought I'd start a topic to if anyone else is anticipating this game. Rockband and GH:WT are NOT compatible with SDHC, only SD (and I believe up to 2 gb) Everything else is compatible with SDHC up to 32 gb. Im hoping this means more DLC, possible for Conduit, which has a new site here: http://www.seeing-is-deceiving.com/ I can't wait, I was going to start a new thread about the site because I am anticipating this game so much. I don't know any of the codes, I think one is "quarantine", they are talking about it on the IGN boards.

It wasn't really a comedy, but it had it's moments. Overall it was good, but for what they showed of the park, they could have just shot it in a HS gym or something, lol, but it did make me really want to somehow get to Kennywood soon. Moving to IN this year kind of hindered that, at least for this summer anyway.

I can't wait to get there this year for the first time. I just moved out to Indiana this year, so there will be alot of new parks and coasters this year!

Im just starting out Mushroom Men: Spore Wars, just killed the Jackalope, fun game. Random, anyone know anything about this http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=10770233 It is a double pack of GH:III and GH: Aerosmith for Wii, but the wifi logo is an orange Pay to Play logo. Does this game have DLC? I've been searching EVERYWHERE and no info on this and cannot find a scrap of info on it. There is an answer in the small message board on the product page, but the person might be assuming this one doesn't have DLC as the original had none. They haven't actually reviewed the product and might not have even played it (it being the "new" release). -Thanks.

My bf and I were going to go to Six Flags that weekend, on the 14th but decided against it. He lives in Lafayette and the drive to chicago would have been insane in that weather. We waited a week and did PKI on the 20th.

I expect it to be a wild ride too, it would be a shame to see something like this finally in existence and be tamed down to today's "standards" for the family. It's a coaster, it should be aimed at coaster enthusiasts. If it is too scary for some, let them work their way up to enjoying coasters more until they can ride it. Create more coaster enthusiasts, don't water it down for the ones already out there... if that makes any sense lol. I don't have any hope for it being open this summer season, perhaps PPP? It's a shame it has taken this long.

It is a bit of a stretch to say "most" use RV's, maybe 1/3rd or 1/4th of the grounds are for them. We go camping every year at Knoebels, and we use some electricity but at the most its a coffee pot and a few strings of lights, nothing major. Some people do go all out to the point where you would think it would be easier if they just got a cabin or RV. I could see it being quite creepy if you were in one of the shower houses though, lol.

They also have cabins in the campground, and rental houses as well that are practically in the park. I wonder why the Knoebels site doesn't have links to their individual sites (for the houses). My dog loves the trains btw, lol. I think we had him on the antique car ride as well.

I am sorry for your loss, it is a tough situation everyone heals and deals with differently. I lost someone close to me this year in February. My boyfriend Brian died on Feb. 19th, and it is still something i cry about from time to time. He died while visiting his parents 7 hours away, I found out just in time to make it to the funeral from his brother (his parents not very good with how things were in his life, and not knowing about me, I went out with a friend of mine and just minded my own business but still wanting to be at the funeral) He died of a seizure one night, right after discussing our plans and his surprise to spend time together when he got home. He had always had them but they seemed to be getting further and further apart and he told me not to worry. Crazy how our last conversations went, last days together etc. Long story to tell, but I was lucky I had a few chances to show him really how much I cared about him. A few eerie things as well, and now I can never hear a few songs without breaking down into tears. Just know the best thing you can do is live your life to the fullest, you never know when things might come to an end. I am having one of THE best if not the best summer of my life for him, doing things we had planned to do together or talked about etc. I have even began dating someone for the first time since Feb, and while I know some fears have been instilled in me, I am confident I am able to pick up again and start to move on. I will NEVER forget him or our time together (funny how when some people say "i will spend the rest of my life with you" ?? how odd a feeling for me, it was true when he said this?) but I know he would want me to keep living my life, and I am sure your friend would want the same. I wish you good luck and best wishes, as well as my condolences.

It never broke down once, the only coaster to ever have any downtime was Roller Soaker, which was pretty much expected. Fahrenheit was rough, not painful, just extremely heavy on vibration and just plain bumpy in other spots such as going into/coming out of the cobra roll.

I was there the 3rd and 4th, and with someone who had never been to Hershey. Fahrenheit was our first coaster, and they were assigning seats. We just happen to get front seat. I found the ride fun, but SO much vibration and bumpyness, it almost killed the ride. Storm Runner will always be the better one for me, and I think its soley based on how smooth it is in comparison. I haven't seen anyone else mention it anywhere else, did we just catch it on a bad couple of days? It was VERY rough, in the same vein Hydra is to most other B&Ms as I had to explain to Chris it was the exception for most Intamins, not the rule. Just read about TDTESS.... It is yet another "Happening" (which was... boring and a chore to sit through)... The entire point of the first movie is stripped and its all about "going green". Dammit Hollywood... make your own movies, don't screw with classics. Any way we can get this crap canned or something? lol.

I saw a trailer for the *shudders* remake.. of The Day The Earth Stood Still... I saw enough.. explosions?! Alien attack?! WTF Hollywood blows.. the original is such a classic... and its yet another cash in turning it into something its not, JUST MAKE A NEW MOVIE! Why attach the name of one of the more classic sci fi flicks so you drag it down with what seems like a knock off!? Anyway I saw it before Hancock which turned out to be quite entertaining.

Im not sure if this has been discussed yet (im sure it has) but has anyone else pre-ordered GH4 yet? It seems as if they are getting it right after Harmonix's sad excuse for Rockband on Wii. GH4 proves that there COULD have been the same features on Wii as the 360/PS3 versions of Rockband had, but Harmonix went the for cheap PS2 port.

Money pit? They built it themselves, and they knew what they were getting into dealing with older and strange technology. The trains were known to be a bit of a challenge, which is what is taking so long. I don't think they would ever build something such as this only to "taer it down", especially after putting so much work and pride into it. It's a work of art and craftsmanship that I can't see being left to collect dust never to be opened. Great pics and TR btw.

Has someone emailed Dick Knoebel yet? I think that would be awesome personally. I love Laser, its very fun and intense, and obviously a classic, I hope it goes somewhere where it is loved and taken care of.

Yeah, it is probably part of the deal and I've seen far more "intrusive" advertising obviously I just thought it was interesting to see the Kozmo character drawn with a can of Pepsi, lol.

Great TR with some awesome photos! Im hoping to get to CP sometime this year but with gas and such, I'm not sure. I have people stretching me all over the place this summer I want to try and make most of it lol. Did anyone else notice Kozmo's holding a can of Pepsi in the "My kind of fun" logo? I didn't read through every post since but I kinda think thats a bit tacky/un-knoebels (especially with the pepsi logo right there as well). Great pics still though I just found that odd and a little less subtle advertising then I expected Knoebels to go.
