  1. That was great! I needed a good laugh! And Deluge was by far the best waterpark ride I've been on.
  2. I LOVED Busch Gardens Europe when I went a couple years ago. It really is a beautiful park. The only other park as beautiful is Dollywood.
  3. I want to meet Lou Indiana Beach was one of my favorite parks of the midwest trip. It's a toss up between it and Holiday World being my fave.
  4. That was the scariest ride ever besides Garfield's Nightmare. I didn't like the sensation of sliding halfway out of my seat when it braked on the lift at the end.
  5. Scooby's Ghoster Coaster at King's Island. My nephew wanted to ride it. Around 2 hours for a ride that lasted 5 seconds and hurt my man parts. Boo to that. Glad that piece o' crap is gone.
  6. Yeah the spinning dragon had NOTHING on Steak n Shake. I've not been that mad in a LONG time. I was so mad I almost cried.
  7. Lord, NOT a fan of the spinning dragon from hell. I was green. I would've been okay had it not been 2 billion degrees in there. Spinning=fine Spinning+2 billion degree heat=FAIL I'm normally laid back but this made me yell at the people I was riding with. Sorry. I was sick and pissy for the rest of the day. From now on, this will be me when I see a spinning dragon ride...
  8. Thanks! Glad I could entertain a couple of people at least, heh.
  9. Oops. Why did I think that was Raptor? Stupid green coasters. And I found another picture I forgot... Ummmmm...Casey and Christiana sleeping *teehee*
  10. I'd take the end of Adventure Express at King's Island and put it at the beginning.
  11. I don' think anybody read that sign and I don't really think they were enforcing the rule either, heh. I'd love to come out to CA some time I'm going to post the rest of my photos, just because. They're posted in order of the parks we visited. My batteries went dead a couple of times so I don't have many pictures for some of them but I think the ones I do have are pretty neat. Enjoy. Mt. Olympus had wonderful theming throughout the park Cyclops in the backseat was awwwwwwwesome! Hmmmmmmmm....there's something missing from this picture. BROKEN! We rode Dive to Atlantis and totally bottomed the boat out in the launch area. The ride op just looked at us and said "You're gonna have to push." So we pushed our way out and then had to push our way back in at the end of the ride. I wound up getting the majority of the splash. Everybody loves OPA! Which incidentally means mouse in Greek or at least that's what I got some gullible people to believe Robb and Elissa had to join in on the fun Horsey! Yay! Neat! Some crazy people decided to do the Scad Tower across the street, this is Jen upon impact. Hmmmmmm...what's going on here Funhouse mirrors in the glass house at Riverview, apparently I represent the lollipop guild Yay for kiddie coasters! This ride was very "what the hell" but we still had fun Channeling the turkey at Riverview A group of us also visited a place called Top Secret next door to Mt. Olympus, I'm still not for sure exactly what it was I experienced... Parts of the inside were made to look like the White House was upside down and other parts were aliens, dinosaurs, monsters and mummys, oh my. Our tour guide sure was ummmm...interesting... Big Spider Alien Mummy Moon Rock Monster? Dinosaur Jen gets personal with Superman at Six Flags Great America Terrance gets personal with Batman Will gets personal with Marie Antoinette aka David Standing in line for Batman, well at the beginning of the line thanks to the q-bots Will tries to eat or make-out with the ACE sign, I can't figure out which... Booooooooo! Hissssssssss! This ride makes the baby Jesus cry. Dirrrrrrty Spiderman...I though this was a family park Cartoon Network cartoon characters, I almost peed my pants Cedar Point is next...Big, scurry rain cloud descending upon us, Chuck wears a green bag for protection. Ummmmm, what are Chris and Tex doing under that poncho? Rain, blah! DejaVu looks nice but it scared the bejesus out of me cause I slid halfway out of my seat when we braked at the ending. Blah! I could run faster than this thing. The fog is the best part of the ride. Best ride in the park Kennywood was a cute little park, I'd definitely like to go back. I think Jen would too, they have special rides for her... That's some low clearance on that tunnel First half of Phantom's Revenge is A+ last half is FAIL! The Exterminator was fun but I don't recommend riding in a seat by yourself, it bruised me. Mmmmmmm...Potato Patch Fries Casey and the Harem waiting in line for the Jack Rabbit, it was my favorite ride in the park All TPR peeps love the Jack Rabbit Scariest...Ride...Ever...Another boat ride where we bottomed the boat out and wedged it in the ride. We had to push it on through. Then when the water was deep enough we were always in danger of tipping the boat over. Check out the ride photo from this because right when it was snapped our boat was tipping over and the reaction is priceless. Allie lost her glasses on Phantom's Revenge but Robb saved the day! This is the only picture I took at King's Island But here are some on-ride photos Me and Terrance get our drama on while Evan falls asleep behind us This is my "Why am I riding this a second time?!?" face More drama Stricker's Grove was cute. This was my 100th credit, unbeknownst to me at the time. Well that's it for my pictures or the ones that I thought you all might want to see. I'll probably scan in some of my ride pics from King's Island and Kennywood and post those as well.
  12. Best Video Ever! I love how I can't stop laughing through the whole thing.
  13. That was awesome! The night parrot made me bust out laughing, my mom now thinks I'm weird.
  14. Lost Coaster of Superstition Mountain, for the win! Best quote of the ride, "Why in the *bleep* does the bear have beads!?!?!"
  15. More pictures, hooray! Up next are Beech Bend, Indiana Beach and Little Amerricka Beech Bend and Indiana Beach both really surprised me. I'd never heard of them before coming to this site. And they were both lots of fun. I highly suggest trying to visit them some time if you're able. Wild Mouse at Beech Bend! This is where the infamous EEPING began. Moby Dick *snickers* One of my favorite parks on the trip The bridge to the park is really cool Some of the rides utilize the water to maximize their thrills The swings we're awesome and kinda scary Little Amerricka is very small You've seen this shot before "Kiddie Coaster of Death" It looks more fun than it is, they're actually in pain Chuck looks super excited to ride the Wild Mouse Not as excited as Chris and Jahan, teehee. Jahan takes it like a man, though. This tilt-a-whirl had the worst ride op ever! It took her like 20 minutes to get the ride going and there were only 3 cars with people in them. She then stopped the ride after two rotations for someone who waved at her. We went ahead and got out because we didn't have an hour to ride the tilt-a-whirl. She even freaked out when I wanted to take a picture of Mario.
  16. This was honestly the best vacation I've ever had. Thanks Robb and Elissa! I met so many amazing people and got to do so many awesome things. If you ever get a chance to go on one of these trips, do it without question. Anyway, enough gushing and onto the pictures. After the trip I discovered that I didn't take a whole lot of pictures, guess I was too busy having fun. I'll try not to post pictures that have been seen a bunch of times already too. Coney Island had a rainbow sperm painted outside the restrooms for some reason. *shrugs* They had a weird little kiddie town with all kinds of product placement like National City Bank and Kroger. The sign on the Python read "Please don't stand on the stairs." Oops! Hehe. Be careful if you fall asleep on the bus Kidtums was adorable The owner of Holiday World is great, she even stopped us in the park to make sure we were having a good time. Channel the turkey on the Turkey Whirl Thanksgiving on acid... Coaster geeks Gratuitous Voyage shots I still don't understand this Santa painted outside the restrooms, why is he dead? This is the only picture I have from Kentucky Kingdom, I've been there a lot so I kinda didn't bother. Foghorn did get a little touchy, feely with me though, hehe.
  17. I was amazed at when we were wearing our t-shirts, nametags and/or wristbands as to how many people stopped us or asked us what we were all about. They drew a lot of attention. Either those or one of my wacky t-shirts. People kept asking us if it was our job to review theme parks We referred a lot to the website for more information and some even said they had already visited the website to get information for their trips. It was pretty awesome. People were amazed that we were going to hit that many parks in that amount of time. After explaining how we made it onto the trip one elderly lady said, "Wow, I'm gonna have to get me that internet."
  18. These are great, keep 'em coming I've got a new avatar now as a result of the trip.
  19. Do I win for the first person home from the trip? Ugh, now I'm depressed.
  20. Every time I see this thread I think it's about a ride based on the musical Wicked.
