Thanks alot. But I can only say that I like the Red Racer. But the racing aspect is great. I've always wished I could go up to Kings Island for their Halloween Haunt, or anything else its been called. It would be awesome to ride the Beast anytime after 10:00pm (when the park closes, as I'm sure you know) because it would really be pitch black out in the woods. Don't fret about living in Jacksonville. Heck, I live in Miami and I consider King's Island my home park (since i've been going there since I was born). Also you still got some world class parks not to far from you (Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure, all of the Disney parks, and kinda far but Busch Gardens Africa). Thanks.

For real. I was just thinking, what it we all got so hyped out about this and it turned out to be a bad ride design, such as an SLC. Theirs really no reason to complain. Theirs only one trim brake on the whole ride!!!!!, its going to go into the woods, and its a freaking B&M hyper!!!! Come on people. Another thing that has failed to been mentioned is how fun this ride will be at night. Especially during FearFest/Halloween Haunt time and you can stay in the park after 10:00pm. I think when you dive down under the tree line it's going to be dark, if not pitch black, and then when you raise up over the tree line you're going to be able to see light from around the park. I think that's going to be a great effect.

The best way to get an accurate answer is to experience yourself. I use to wonder why the folks at KI loved the eagles sooo much but then I rode them and realized what the hype was about! The Eagles were crazy! I've yet to go on another one that you could hit the operators booth with!! Now, about the trains. I think their a very good idea. One it make the train longer/bigger giving it more potential energy 'cause of it's mass which in turn makes you go faster than a normal B&M train, the back seats allow a more personal experience to the ride which I think will be very fun, and like people have said they do look really nice.

Also, even though it's the "off-season", alot of Floridians and snow birds from up North go to WDW becasue their's usually somewhat less crowds. This might also be a cause for the unavailability of rooms.

Everything here looks so great! cI really need to go to Europe. Not just fro the great sites and scenery but for the beautiful, action packed, scenery filled amusement park. I love the Castle at Alton Towers. Great TR!!! Can't wait for the rest.

I know it also slows down the ride, but it's really so minimal that it's not really noticeable. If you look at the designs for the attachments on the trains that make the water fly up you can see that B&M chose the least friction shape. Also from being on Sheikra I can personally tell you that all the water splash does is keep you going at a constant speed. I'm not saying that it was a bad idea for them to put the water splash in the ride, I just think it would be pretty stupid if people can't get wet by the water that splashes out from the ride.

I was thinkin' that too. I really think they should have made it like light brown or tan or something to look a diamondback rattlesnake.

From the pictures it looks pretty similar but like "Team Thriller" said could you post a POV vieo of it? As some of us don't have Nolimits

Yeah, I have kind of the same feeling about the water splash. The only reason that I could really appreciate it is if they make an area for people to get wet from the splash. The only other purpose fro it would be for the visual aspect of it; or photogenic aspect.

So then it should be better than Nitro.

I'm pretty tired of it as well. So many people have been saying that "Kings Island needs a quality coaster" (even though I think they already have many) and that they are getting one people are still complaining! It's total BS!

I hope they'll build a deck or walkway over where the water splash is. The water splash would kind of be pointless otherwise.

As always great TR. I really need to go to Knoebles. It looks like a great park and i've heard so many great things about their coasters. I think I'm going to wait till the Flying Turns is done. Maybe I'll just wait 'til the next time The Big Mike will be there.

What's wrong with a little bit of advertisement on a ride? Aren't rides just big advertisements fro parks to make more money?

Actually, to me, it looks like the train is going fast enough for you to get some airtime. But you got to think. Those videos don't take into account the riders wait. Trust me, it definitely makes a difference because the potential energy is so much greater at the top of the hill. Wait till it's open to see if it has airtime. Now to get back on topic, I think the most overrated coaster would have to be The Voyage. So many people say it's the best wooden coaster out there. I beg to differ. Don't get me wrong when i rode it last year it was pretty fun. But it was one of few coasters that actually hurt me when I rode it (Son of Beast before the new trains being the only other).
