You don't get it? Well let me explain it to you. If I was there tomorrow I would get into the announcement, because I doubt that they wouldn't let at least season pass holders in, let alone the GP. Also I don't think that they would send an email out, to everyone who's registered in their system, if they weren't going to allow them to view/listen to the announcement.

Breakers Express hotel ?????
dragsterfan420 replied to Tammy S's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The Breakers Express is actually a very good hotel in my opinion. The cheaper price than the other hotels there already make me like it. The rooms and the whole hotel is pretty great. 2 beds, a minifridge(I think), the air conditioners have never given me a problem, and their's vending machines with both food and drinks in every hallway (like most hotels). Also their's a decent sized pool, a hot tub( which is great for relaxing muscles after a whole day in the park, and it has a game room. It's my favorite hotel there. -
Worlds of Fun Construction - Prowler

My guess is Bigfoot: The Ride. A GCI with brown-hair padded seats and grainy on-ride videos. -
Weirdest Things The 'GP' Have Said
dragsterfan420 replied to maliboomer's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I couple things happened to me me at Kings Island a few days ago. While I was in line for the Son of Beast some kid said to this other kid that was with him "I wonder how many trees the used for this?" The other kid responded by saying "It had to be at least 100." And another one was that this guys said (talking about the new coaster track, while on the Eiffel Tower) "That track is the same track that they have for the extra track on Firehawk." (He was refering to some track for the new coaster that is over near Firehawk. -
Day 4: BGE PTR
dragsterfan420 replied to Josh Davidson's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Hey, great TR. It feels like ages since I've been to BGE. Last time I was there I rode Drachen Fire just to give u a time frame. It still looks great and thanks to your pictures makes it look even better. Can't wait for day 2 and the rest of your trip. Also what type of camera do you have? And how much was it? -

To pick the correct park...
dragsterfan420 replied to HHN Dylan's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Man... everyone's beating down Kings Island. Anyways, even though I love Cedar Point and know Magic Mountain is great, I'd have to agree with Robb. Six Flags Great America should be your park. Overall I think it has the greatest variety of awesome coasters. They have one of the greatest, if not the best, wooden coasters (El Toro); they have the tallest and fastest coaster (Kingda Ka), they've got a B&M flyer (Superman: Ultimate Flight), one of the greatest B&M hypers around (Nitro), they've got a great new ride (The Dark Knight), and basically just a bunch of other fun coasters. I was going to go to Great Adventure but not enough money so I'm going to Kings Island. Hope I helped. -Kyle- -
Vekoma's new train designs
dragsterfan420 replied to Gav-'s topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Most people are saying they like these new trains. I don't. I think they should stick to their own signature style of train instead of copying B&M. Sure their will be subtle differences, such as the OTSR on the the "Mega Coaster." When people see a Vekoma, inverted, floorless, "mega", they might think its the same thing as B&M. And what happens when they get on? Then the next time they see a smooth riding, relatively enjoyable B&M they might be turned away from it. Also, I think they should just stick with their signature look. Every designing company has a signature look. Just like all car companies have a signature look. B&M is famous for those big, bulky, 4 seats across and Vekoma's know for their 2 seaters. Whatever. Thats just my 2 sense.
