I am actually a huge fan of the mine train, it looks amazing! It's rare for me to see a mine train that actually looks good, and realistic. Great job! ~Matt -
IRON FeAR [NL]

^ Of course. It's nothing major, just a few little things. Example: the supports in for the corkscrews instead of connecting the smaller support from the track node to the node for the supports, try raising up the node for larger supports, and placing a free node "inside" the larger support so it gives a less choppy look. If I were not posting from my iPad, and had a computer near by I would take some screenshots to show you what I mean. And a few of the larger supports go through the track spine. Like I said its nothing major at all, just little things that could make this amazing coaster look a little more realistic! ~Matt -

^^ The slide complex looks great, and realistic. Would love to see more. ^ The supports look way to small IMO. But looks like it could be a good project!! ~Matt -

That was amazing!! Very unique, but also very realistic. The support work was not the best, but that's not the end of the world. The track work made up for it. Great job!! Really enjoyed this! ~Matt -

CARS! The Car Super Thread

On the topic of cars, it's about time for me to get a new car. I have been really leaning towards the new Camaros. They are stylish, and the V6 gets 30hwy mpg, which is about 3 times what I am getting now. I was debating between a 2SS, and a V6 2LT RS. I decided that if I do go with the Camaro that I will get the 2LT RS. The V6 gets better gas mileage than the V8, not to mention my insurance is much less in the V6. Does anyone on here have a new Camaro? If so do you recommend it, or would you suggest something else? ~Matt -

My story is pretty similar. I hate heights as well, unless I am on a coaster or flat right or such... However on the Kissimmee Skycoaster I seriously thought I was going to die. The journey to the top of the 300ft tower was the longest trip of my life. And the higher we went up our flight suits seemed to loosen around us. When we got to the top of the tower and I could see the cables go from behind us, the swoop down in front of us, and back up to the main arch I was terrified. Then they made the little announcement, the ripcord was pulled, and I swear my heart stopped for a few seconds. Other then that it was amazing. Oh, and the first step off of the platform on Skyjump Las Vegas felt like I had just committed suicide. But once I could feel the harness tighten around me I knew I was safe. Don't really know if either of those could be considered feeling as if I had a near death experience, but they were the two most terrifying experiences I have had on any theme park attraction. ~Matt
