The Official iPhone Discussion thread
thrillrideseeker replied to robbalvey's topic in Random, Random, Random
I put the iOS 5 on my white iPhone 4, so to me getting an iPhone 4s would be pointless considering its pretty much the same thing other than Siri. I will just hold off till iPhone 5. ~Matt -
Well, about a year and a half ago I started out with a restaurant company as a sever. After all the work I put into my job, and after as much as I had to prove my self, I finally got my promotion to management. About 3 weeks ago I finished my 3 months of management training, and I am now settled into my new location with my job. I can honestly say that this is the most stable, and most happy that I have been in a long time. No plans on leaving this job. ~Matt

I think it would be a good look for you. Of all the piercings that I have had my two lobes have always stayed. Mine are just like you said, simple little holes for simple diamonds. It looks good one me, and I think it would look good on you... Judging from the picture of course. ~Matt

CARS! The Car Super Thread

I am not trying to start an argument or anything like that. I just want to state my reason behind buying one. . . First of all, you are totally right. You do not see nearly as many any more. They are huge, and very difficult to drive in traffic, or try to fit into parking spaces. But I like that. I like the size of the car, and I love the challenge of trying to drive it on a day to day basis. Second of all, the gas mileage is not as bad as most people make it out to be. The gas mileage is very comparable to a Dodge Ram, a Ford Expedition, a Nissan Armada, or a Cadillac Escalade, and you see many more of those cars than you do Hummer's. (After Driving one for a week in day today life my average MPG was 12.9, while my mother averages 13 in her Ram, and the Escalade that I drove for a week averaged 11.2) Price? . . . I would NEVER spend 60k on a car. This one is preowned, its a 2007 and it is in the Mid 20's. So as I have been shopping and saving for a car, I have also been doing my research on cars, and comparing the cars that I was debating between. In the end the Hummer came out on top. ~Matt -

I have been saving for a new car for a while now, and I have been shopping around while saving. I think I finally found what I am going to get. Kind of excited about it... ~Matt Here it is... -
Well a year ago I started out as a server at "Cheddar's Casual Cafe"... Since then I have worked my way up to management. My next step is becoming a General Manager, and in a few years hopefully a District Manager. Looks like I am slowly finally growing up. ~Matt
