True Story. People say tattoo's are addictive, well heller... Skydiving is WAY more addictive! But its an amazing experience!~Matthew

I have been skydiving twice. Once tandem, and once solo. Tandem is great for people who may just want to "enjoy" the experience. Plus it takes a lot less time in classes on the ground. Solo was amazing! Had to guys that jumped with me to make sure I held the right position! So much fun! I highly suggest it to everyone! Its one of those things I think everyone should do at least once! ~Matthew P.S. Made reservations a few days ago to go again for my birthday! Yay!

Hmmm... I need to go to Vegas and try this out when it opens. Looks like it would be a blast! But I think they are outside of their minds for charging $99 per jump. Hopefully it will be like the Kissimmee Skycoaster and return riders will get a discount?! ~Matthew

So I decided to take a day trip down to Magic Springs today. Kind of fun. The only bad thing was that several attractions were not open. Mainly X-Coaster... *shocker* but the good news is that it is suppose to be open on Memorial day. So anywhos, we got to the park around 11:15am, and there was about 5 cars in the parking lot. We thought that maybe we had the times wrong, and that the park did not open till maybe noon... No turns out just no one wanted to go to magic springs. When we left the park there was maybe 50 cars in the parking lot. So it was a very dead day. Every single ride (that was open) was a walk on. Never waited for anything. . . Also stayed on and re-rode a lot of things. But like I said there were a lot of things that were closed... =( When we first walked in I noticed that the chair swing ride was in pieces. Clearly not ready... The little kid frog hopper thing was closed, X-Coaster was closed, Twist-N-Shout had valleyed and of course was closed. 90% of the restaurants, were closed. The "New For 2010" Flowrider... still being built. So yep... a lot of closed stuff, and no people. Very boring day at the park but anywhos here is the run down! - Got to the park at about 11:15am - Headed over to the "Hawk" rode 3 times. - Headed over to "X-Coaster" found out it was closed so rode "Dr. Deans Rocket Machine" 4 times. - Rode "Big Bad John" twice. - Headed down to "The Gauntlet" rode it 6 times. - Headed over to the log flume rode it twice. - Next up was "Arkansas Twister" twice. - After that was "The Wild Thing" 4 times.. - Then ended the day back at "The Gauntlet" for 4 more rides. - Left the park at around 3:25pm Didn't do to much, but it got us out of the house for a while! Now for the photos... Enjoy. ~Matthew Magic Springs sat... What an accomplishment... Getting an entire park to sit. Parking? Breakfast? Not open... Open... 1/2 Open... Such a small little park. ZOMG! Its naked! *sighs* Here we go again. You start here... Then this happens... And you end up here! Hmmm... What's that I see?! This is as close as I am going to get to riding this ride today. Ohhh... "Under Construction" that makes sense. Considering the ride is only how old? Still a pretty ride! Is this what they are waiting on a part for? Ohhhhh... So that is the name of the broken POS. Meh... "I have been on bigger." Ha. Something needs a paint job... This side does not look as bad... "What is that?! Its so huge..." *sighs* Some people... Ummm... No thank you. So that is the name of one of the few working attractions... It is a very pretty attraction. Let's follow these people! Let's see... They go up... They turn... They go down... Then they disappear... What a nice little family coaster. Looks like it could be a postcard. Ha. BBJ... Very hard to get photos of. Flume?! More flume. Its very sad when the lift hill is more steep than the drop... Hey look its two closed things in one photo! Damn I am good! Sadly my head is still killing me from this ride. No people... People! "Ow Ow Ow Ow Ow! Next please!" Those poor people. Ohhh... Very pretty photo! Ummm... Excuse me Mr. Tree I can not see... No ride op's... I wonder why. Ohhhh... That explains it... But why is it closed?! *tisk* Go figure. . . And that is where that poor little red car sat all day. Pretty! More pretty! Ugh... Broken POS. "Hey Look A Boat" "Made By Zamp-a-who?" You should have sent me a text telling me X-Coaster was closed before I came all the way here. Closed... Closed... Closed... Closed... Closed... Damn 5 in a row! I am good! Oh what is that?! Oh... That is what it is. My those are some pretty flags! Pretty! TGI FRIDAYS! YAY! Ummmm... No. Next please. Now thats more like it! Ok... One last POS photo.

Well with that being said I am going to try and point out a few things that you could do that would make your coaster more realistic! - Make the "holding brake" a chain segment, and just alter the speed and dec. g's to make it slow down a lot. Pay close attention to a real dive machine and you will notice that the train never comes to a complete stop on the holding brake. - Shrink your first element. There is no reason to have a launch at the bottom of the first drop! Just make the element a little smaller and the train would make it through without the assistance of a launch! - Add a transport device to the brake run right before the lift, other wise it fails the e-stop test. - Make your mid course brake run like half the size! It is HUGE compared to the train! - Same goes for your final brake run(s) they are WAY to big! Those were just a few pointers on how you could make your coaster a little more realistic! But on a positive note... I LOVED the colors! ~Matthew

Just a glimpse of what I am working on! Yay! ~Matthew Oh my!

You know... I must say that I was to the point of giving up on this project, but a little motivation is just what I needed! So... I am proud to say that Project Dragster is back underway! UPDATE...ish... I have been trying to recover from the "wtf" happened ordeal... Not to much progress. I had to rebuild a lot of stuff. I still need to re-color the launch track and such. Hopefully I can get back to working on this on a regular basis! Not much to show but I shall try and show some new stuff! Enjoy. ~Matthew New station fencing, and side walls! New fins! Yay! $5.00 cokes anyone?! Nice little cover... Looks pretty damn close to the real thing IMO! There's so much work that needs to be done on this tower =(

Bad? No... MF is a blast, and honestly Top Thrill Dragster is over to fast for it to be "bad" the anticipation waiting for the launch is the worst part of Dragster. Like others have said 300 is just a number! It is not going to be much different than your 200ft coasters other than... well the are slightly higher, and a tid bit faster! But they are a blast so just take a ride on I305, and you will love it! What's the worst that could happen? You get off the ride and not like it? Highly doubt that will happen, and I assure you that you are NOT going to die on them, so don't be scared! Take the Nike approach, and "Just Do It!" ~Matthew

Ok... So I downloaded the coaster and played around with it for a while, and my major thing with your coaster is that it is an e-stop fail from hell. When the coaster is e-stopped it does not stop on the mid course, or the final brake run, or safety, or even in the station. It rolls right past everything, and right back up the lift hill... Or crashes into the train in front of it. Very poor planning. Also... what is the deal with the drive wheels every where? They are at the bottom of drops, coming up the hill into the final brake run... all along the track after the final brake run... Even your final "brake" run is nothing but drive wheels... Ummmmm why? Am I the only one that noticed this? Other than that the track work was pretty good! ~Matthew
