Could it be a spinning ride, like the car they tested on Blue Fire recently? The catwalks would makes sense if they intend to spin the cars on the lift. Otherwise I would also think something winged is likely.

New attraction on the way! A teaser video have been released of Snakepit. I'm guessing we will se three new tube slides in the waterpark. I'm guessing Proslide Cannonbowl, Topsy Turvy and a Pipeline. Full details to be released in January!

How did the "waterfall" add to the ride? (if you remember)

It's hard to say, some rendering's have been showing something similar to Divertical while some have shown something similar to PP. I have also been playing with the thought of PP going here, but if that's the case I sure hope it have gone through a serious overhaul to keep the uptime at an satisfactory level! Are there any photos of the foundation?

Nothing is known yet, but I don't think there will be anything new att Gröna Lund this year. Parks and Resort are building Wildfire as you said and also Skara Sommarland was without a new attraction for 2015, I think they will get something this year.
