DoinItForTheFame Posted October 13, 2015 Posted October 13, 2015 Where is Fall? Â It decided to take the year off. This year we are going to go straight from Summer to Winter.
Nrthwnd Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 We're getting some nice sunny weather again, here. Rain is expected this coming weekend. But for now, it's nice and...fall-ish.
viking86 Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 Nice weather here, but it's getting colder. Low 50's during the day, dropping down towards 40 at night. Â Not particularly happy about the predictions for the winter though, they're forecasting an abnormally cold winter in Northern Europe. http://www.accuweather.com/en/weather-news/2015-2016-europe-winter-forecast-seasonable-london-paris-storms-france-italy-alps/52871620
Philrad71 Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 We are just about at peak for fall foliage now. Â I was thinking of going to CP for Halloweekends on Friday night, but it's going to be pretty chilly so not sure. They are calling for snow showers here on Saturday night and into Sunday. Â I'm not ready for winter yet...I was hoping to be relocated and in Florida by now.
Nrthwnd Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 Sunshine, sunshine...sunshine! (But much cooler day AND night.) Â It's really turned into an "Indian Summer" for us here.
VF15 Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 We're supposed to have our first snow of the season tonight. There probably won't be much of any accumulation, but it's snow nevertheless.
Meteornotes Posted October 28, 2015 Posted October 28, 2015 Raining and cold. Bring back summer! Â dt
amyzoo Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 Cold and cloudy today and lightly snowing all morning, but not sticking yet.
Philrad71 Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 Indian Summer (or would it be more appropriate to now call it Native American Summer?) this week here with temps hitting 70 for the next three days.
gisco Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 I'm sick of the cold and it isn't even Winter yet!
viking86 Posted November 17, 2015 Posted November 17, 2015 It has been some VERY wet days lately. On saturday we also had very high water level (spring tide), so I went into the city center to have a look. Fortunately flooding was avoided, but it made for some pretty cool pictures. Â Weekend is going to be nice, but temperature might drop below freezing.
Nrthwnd Posted November 19, 2015 Posted November 19, 2015 ^ That last photo looks so unusual, like everybody is just standing on a floating wood platform. Very nice photos. Â Our heavy rainfalls have stopped, and we're getting some sunshine for the next few days, which will help in raking up leaves.
Meteornotes Posted November 20, 2015 Posted November 20, 2015 Raining and cold. Bring back summer! Â dt
VF15 Posted November 30, 2015 Posted November 30, 2015 We're forecasted to receive 5-9 inches of snow through tomorrow night in our first decent snowstorm of the season. I'm actually looking forward it because the snow is much nicer to look at than the brown grass in my opinion.
DoinItForTheFame Posted December 1, 2015 Posted December 1, 2015 They weather where I live is like a Katy Perry song. It's hot then it's cold... Â In the morning it's like 48 degrees you noon it's 75.
Nrthwnd Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 Sunny, clear, and c-c-c-c-cold. Â Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
RAWKIN_coaster38 Posted December 3, 2015 Posted December 3, 2015 Pouring rain in North Bay! Like a lot of water in the past few hours, wonder if the roads are gonna flood?
Philrad71 Posted December 3, 2015 Posted December 3, 2015 It was snowing to beat the band this morning with lots of slush on the road. When I left work this afternoon, it was drizzling rain and by the time I got home it was sleeting. Â A little mixed bag o' precipitation today.
gisco Posted December 4, 2015 Posted December 4, 2015 Sprinkled last night but cool, crisp and clear today!
viking86 Posted December 4, 2015 Posted December 4, 2015 Just came home from a quick business trip to the Netherlands. I left clear, blue skies and was welcomed home with a rather rough landing in windy conditions and pouring rain at a 45 degree angle. Â Edit: Just read that we might beat the 1967 record for amount of rain in our city this year. Oh joy....
