tinkerbell Posted December 6, 2005 Posted December 6, 2005 ^ No I'm pretty sure there's a restraint missing. It was like that 6 months ago too.
Mr.Six Posted December 6, 2005 Posted December 6, 2005 Thats the ACEr friendly seat Nice photos! Looks like you had a great time at DCA. And that isn't a hidden mickey! Oh man, I thought I actually found one too!

coasterfreak101 Posted December 6, 2005 Posted December 6, 2005 <-- Having ALOT of fun reading your TR! The captions are really cool, they have given me a good laugh! Can't wait fir the Knott's pics, sounds like you have had a great time there!!!
Hattuchili Posted December 6, 2005 Posted December 6, 2005 Great pictures so far, Taylor. It looks like your trip is really good! Thanks for the daily updates!  --Sören
SonOfBeastSucks Posted December 6, 2005 Posted December 6, 2005 Nice DCA photos, your updates wouldn't be the same without the pictures of hot guys. Â Looking forward to KBF pics.
socalMAN123 Posted December 6, 2005 Posted December 6, 2005 That seat the girl was sitting in is on every train. It's the single rider seat so that every train, they at least get one single rider on. Anyways, nice photos! ---Brent 8)
Ed Posted December 6, 2005 Posted December 6, 2005 Yay for Disneyland hot guys... Lol! Â Nice DCA photos.. I missed out there when I went a few years ago. Grr. Lame school trip.. Can't wait for the rest! I'm expecting more Monty Python captions.
arrowfanman Posted December 6, 2005 Posted December 6, 2005 Looks like you had fun. California Screamin really is one of the best coasters in So Cal.  Jahan "Some captions are coincidently similar to RCDB's" Makanvand   ...oh...wait...we're not using smilies anymore in this thread. I forgot...sorry.
coasterfreak101 Posted December 6, 2005 Posted December 6, 2005 ...oh...wait...we're not using smilies anymore in this thread. I forgot...sorry. Â ROFLMDAO While kind of true, that was very funny. And I think that we can use smilies here if everyone can be a little maturer (my new word).
tinkerbell Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 ^ .........Wait isn't 'maturer' already a word? Â Good pics so far. And yay for more hot guys! Â That seat the girl was sitting in is on every train. It's the single rider seat so that every train, they at least get one single rider on. Really? I only saw it on the green one when I was there. And my sister sat in it and she wasn't a single rider. Oh well....I'll take your word for it since I was probably just oblivious to the rest of them....that happens a lot.
SonOfBeastSucks Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 ^ .........Wait isn't 'maturer' already a word? Nope. You should say "more mature". The same rule as the word fun. Funner is not a word. You say "more fun".
Ed Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 Maybe it's a seat for lonely people who don't want to be stuck next to fat smelly people..
tinkerbell Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 ^^ Whoops.... Funner doesn't sound right, but maturer does (I don't know why). Â And I have an A in English too.....
waterviper Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 Having that single rider spot makes no sense at all what so ever!! If it had two usable seats like a regular coaster should have it would of fitted one more person on there and keep the line moving that much faster!!! Why have it? Can someone please tell me why this is?? Might as well keep it as a regular 2 seater instead of a single seater just in case ya know!!! Ok this probably is the stupidest thing that I have seen done to a coaster train!! <--- (proper use of smily)
robbalvey Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 It's not a single rider seat, from what I have been told it's a seat designed for larger riders. And there is not one on every train. Â Chuck, are you around to help clear this up? Â --Robb
Twister II Posted December 7, 2005 Author Posted December 7, 2005 My thoughts of what it was at first were that it was to house the computers for the stereo's in the cars. Then it was it could have been ABS breaks for the train after the "accident" (jk) Â Knotts pic's are coming tonight! Just let me resized them all!
Twister II Posted December 7, 2005 Author Posted December 7, 2005 Ok, the Knotts photos probly won't make it tonight, my computer is having some issues. But they are all resized, and just need captions! Â I was about 3/4 the way threw then I got a page that said TPR was having server problems and lost all of it. So most likly tomorrow around 4pm (MST)
hifalling Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 OK..... the single seat in the green train was a design to help passengers transfer from the wheel chair to the seat. But the design was not well planned because it was then difficult for guest to exit the train back to wheel chair after their ride was complete. Guests with special needs also have difficulty when we alternate stations, leaving their wheel chairs and assistive devices in the opposite station. But we as Cast Members find a way to make their experience enjoyable and fun! ALSO....you won't believe how many people try to sit in the single seat without the restraint...It is quite amusing to see them freak out! Â Chuck "Setting the Record Straight" Garcia
hifalling Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 Hey thats me checking restraints in one of the pictures! YES thats twice in a trip update! Â Chuck "My ego is getting bigger by the post" Garcia
Blazen_AZN Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 Ok, the Knotts photos probly won't make it tonight, my computer is having some issues. But they are all resized, and just need captions! I was about 3/4 the way threw then I got a page that said TPR was having server problems and lost all of it. Sean Menefee Posted December 7, 2005 Posted December 7, 2005 I just shot pepsi out my nose after reading that. ^ Â This has been an epic TR to say the least.
