larrygator
I just find it dubious when someone says they will make an announcement in two weeks and a month later we only hear crickets. Never promise if you can't deliver. Or at least if the project still has potential come out and say legal issues are still being worked through. My concern is that the coaster manufacturer spilled the beans too soon and the builder might now be facing increased difficulties either obtaining permits, soothing neighbors or acquiring land. CoasterGoddess
Well it's February now and we still only hear the crickets. Agree, someone should make some sort of statement to let us know what's going on. Tell us something! The saying, "No news is good news", doesn't work when we are talking roller coasters. I think we all are getting the feeling it's not good news.
SharkTums
^If you check out the S&S Free Spin & Tour thread you'll see we asked S&S about this project on our tour.
gerstlaueringvar
Can't find a better place to post it and starting a new thread might be too much for one picture. Here's a picture that Story Land posted on their Facebook.
Garet
So what's the limit before a project could be considered cancelled? I keep hoping to hear something about the polercoaster but my searches just led me back to this topic.
leviathandude306
^ya, and what about the Atlanta one that looked more likely? I just talked with some friends from down that way, and they haven't heard anything.
cfc
All I could find was this story from March 3, 2014: http://www.wesh.com/themeparks/other/polercoaster-will-be-tallest-in-world-officials-say/24780164#!Ju93L. Still pretty vague on the details.
