Just downloaded Tapatalk, and so far I like it!! Have never tried accessing forums from my phone before, because it just seemed like too big of a pain in the butt. This is far more user-friendly!!

Tapatalk is not only running well on my Gen 1 Kindlke Fire. Its running now even better on my kindle fire using Android 4.2 Jellybean. Its no longer running that nonsense amazon put on it.

I tested it previously and it worked well on my iPhone. I'm just starting to really use it now so I can keep up on the forums more when I am away from my computer. Hopefully that will help me keep more active.

Hmm... You're right. I can upload a photo with the app, but they are appearing broken when you view the post.

No, can't see it. Actually, I can't see any picture with the app. I have to go to webview to see the pictures. YouTube links I can see, pictures I can't.

You posted an update about margaritaville @ USO this morning but i can't see any of those pictures as well ( just 1 example i can think of now).

Yeah, looks like they might have changed something with an update. We'll look into it ASAP.

Looks like we resolved that bug. I can now see photos in Tapatalk.

I've been using Tapatalk recently and I'm getting that picture error. Sometimes posts show them, other times they don't. Like I couldn't see any of the City Museum pictures in Hanno's thread.

Looks like photos that are placed "inline" are working, but ones that are just "attachments" are not. Will look into this...

EDIT: Worked perfectly. This is almost easier than using the computer.

I wonder if there is a way to redirect links in email reply notifications to open the tapatalk app rather than the forum in a mobile browser.

 

I'll have a scout around and see what I can find as that could be very very useful. There could be a form of a URL protocol scheme for it like tapatalk://
