they have free fall why would they want another dropping ride (also super man barely counts as a coaster(IMO) so I call it a free fall ride)

Yes they should build a new drop ride. It seems like it's the only major thing really missing from the park.. Sure they have Superman and Freefall, but I don't think the Superman experience is the same as a drop tower, and Freefall is a bit too short and old. In my opinion a drop ride would be a great addition to the park, but I don't think it's likely to happen....

They could have INTAMIN add on to the back side of the Superman tower, or build a new one. Don't think you'll see Dungeon Drop relocated since it'll have to be cut apart in pieces and rewelded back together in order for it to move.

The Superman tower was NOT designed to have anything run on it other than the current ride. The one in Australia was, which explains why it DOES have such a ride.

But SFMM is overdue for something like this. A standing freefall ride would go over very well, I think. I forget which park does have one.

I hate the Freefall that we have.

You should hear that thing:

"Clunck! Chhhh! .................Khaa! Shhhhhhhh...Chooovvvhhhh. Ddggg! Ddggg! Ddggg! Ddggg! Ddggg!!!! Baaamm!

Feels like its gonna fall apart any minute now.

I wish they would remove that Bright Red Sky Tower ride (Which is NEVER open) and put in a Great Drop Ride in its place (AKA Supreme Scream Etc...)

Can you imagine the views you would have from a Record Setting Drop Ride from that location!!! It would be unbelievable!

I strongly agree with the idea of a standing freefall ride. I think it would attract more people from around the world. I haven't seen one of these yet but i I don't think that a freefall ride is in the cards for SFMM.

Freefall is painful, both to my collar bones and by way of the headache it so gently induces. The drop is pretty cool though, so is moving forward from the elevator side to the gaping hole in front of you....that actually got me a bit, despite it's shrimpy height compared to everything else there. Freefall's also got one of the worst reliability records EVER, it even beats Superman, the other notoriously breakdown prone Intamin.

Freefall would go down 3 or 4 times a morning every single morning...it was awesome. At least it had a panelview to tell us WTF was up.

I never liked FreeFall, but for some reason I usually rode it. However, the last time I rode, the tower was painted teal.

It's been red and white since 1998 when Riddler's Revenge went in.
