3Mutts Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 RMC: What makes your new wooden coaster trains different from PTCs, GCIs, and The Gravity Groups?
Mrlittle Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 (edited) last question for RMC: With some of the crazy designs, you guys have created for wooden coasters, will we ever see you getting into the (full, not hybrid) steel roller coaster business ? Edited November 6, 2012 by Mrlittle
intaminfan98 Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 RMC: Do you have any more iron horse tracks planned for six flags or cedar fair?
simaticable Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 Second question for RMC: You've worked with GCI and Intamin before, did you take a few of their building techniques to make your own building style?
jtizzle1023 Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 With the recent popularity of using projection and CGI technology with attractions such as Transformers: The Ride 3D, Spiderman, Harry Potter and the Forbiddan Journey, do you see this becoming a very common thing within attractions? Will it replace the physical sets? If not than what do you think will be the next wave of technology with attractions.
robbalvey Posted November 6, 2012 Author Posted November 6, 2012 What drugs are they taking in the rmc offices, and can we all have some of them please... Serious question time :- what do they think of the purists who say they are not building wooden coasters, and can they see their style of wooden coaster taking over the more Traditional structures... Oooh! I like this one...  The drugs part...not the serious part! lol

MrSum1_55 Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 RMC: Do you plan on trying a vertical loop at any time in the near future?
Blue Fire Guy Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 To RMC: Do you have any plans to re-track and/or re-profile some more wooden coasters that have gotten rough over the years (i.e those made by Curtis D. Summers/Dinn Corp, Custom Coasters, etc.) and if so, then which ones?
Angry_Gumball Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 RMC: Have you considered other whacky/unconventional elements to your coasters, such as dive loops, cobra rolls, etc...much like the steel counterparts out there?
OldJJman Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 RMC: How is the track gauge determined - is it standard within the industry, or are your structures designed only for your trains?
SFOGfan1 Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 How difficult is it to build rides with many crossovers (Thunderhead, Wodan...)
TyRush Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 RMC, When you re-track a ride, or give it a make over ,how can you decide if you need to build a new structure or supports for the ride or just build on top of the existing structure
traincrossin Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 To anyone from RMC, you've had many projects over the years and i'm sure many more are in the works. What's one of your favorite memories from a project you've worked on? Could be a funny story or just some cool new technology you got to play with.
Rollercoaster Rider Posted November 6, 2012 Posted November 6, 2012 (edited) RMC. Are you just going to stick with wooden coasters or do you plan to build flat rides/dark rides/water rides and other attractions? Edited November 8, 2012 by Rollercoaster Rider
