cfc Posted December 10, 2012 Posted December 10, 2012 (edited) ^^I still can't believe it's being built. Especially seeing the rest of the park and the knock off rides! Me neither. I'd be surprised if that park lasted two more years. Edited December 10, 2012 by cfc
_koppen Posted December 10, 2012 Posted December 10, 2012 Yeah, the park look really crappy from the pictures Ive seen of of it, but I'm gonna try to go there on my planned China trip this spring, only because I really like the look of this new Intamin!
_koppen Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 (edited) The ride is done, and it is BIG. Edited January 16, 2013 by robbalvey

BeemerBoy Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 Is it just me, or do the spikes seem like they'll need a Wicked Twister "enhancement" added?
A.J. Posted January 16, 2013 Posted January 16, 2013 Usual "I'm not an engineer anymore" disclaimer... The spikes look to have a large structural backbone like the lift hill of Intimidator 305. Also, because the spikes are relatively straight, there won't be any lateral force on the structure (unlike Wicked Twister, which obviously twists).
larrygator Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 Is it just me, or do the spikes seem like they'll need a Wicked Twister "enhancement" added? The coaster will rarely run so no enhancement needed.
_koppen Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 The ride is testing! Hopefully some park in Europe will pick up on of these as it looks fantastic! Next generation, lap-bar only, wing rider train from intamin. Hopefully they have learned something from Furius Baco! Source
jedimaster1227 Posted April 28, 2013 Posted April 28, 2013 (edited) It looks like they're pulling the train up the hill! I'm seriously curious to see how long this park manages to stay open. Edited April 28, 2013 by jedimaster1227
Midgetman82 Posted April 29, 2013 Posted April 29, 2013 Seeing as the ride has now been installed and the train has technically rolled along the tracks, if this park drops out and the rides become available, this could probably be sold as "like-new." Then, it's only a matter of which parks fight and win it. And I concur on the notion that the ride looks big!
cfc Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 ^At least it's a bona fide Intamin ride and not a Golden Horse knockoff.
Nrthwnd Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 ^ Till the autopsy, there's no proof. (I know, I know, there's proof, ha ha.)
Ccron10 Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 ^At least it's a bona fide Intamin ride and not a Golden Horse knockoff. If it was a Golden Horse, it would probably launch off one of the ends and crash RCT-style. Looks like it has a nice kick to it on the launch and a nice space-saving ride. It's odd seeing the Skyrush-style lapbars on a different attraction.
gerstlaueringvar Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 Look at that quality air! Yeah! That's why I try my best no to go to the northern part and the middle part. Air quality on the south is pretty good though still not as good as US but hey, this is China!
_koppen Posted June 11, 2013 Posted June 11, 2013 That magnetic launch sound gives me goose bumps. Am I weird?
vacoaster09 Posted June 12, 2013 Posted June 12, 2013 I sense that this is just a first gen model of this ride and that we will soon see the Intamin Ball Coaster (Zac Spin) type cars attached to the sides. That would be a great Idea! *Intamin Hire ME*
TXman308 Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 (edited) Well I'm glad to see it's going to open (in a week). Edited September 11, 2013 by robbalvey
DJeXeL Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 This looks all kinds of awesome. Good find.
cfc Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 "U Shaped Roller Coaster" is a brilliant name for this attraction.
