For those of you going to Texas Giant Bash - Post here, and respond to the poll above if you're interested. That way some of you might be able to communicate before hand and try to get as many people as possible to join in. The more people you get, the better of a deal it is!

I'm assuming most people would be interested in the Gold Option, so here are the prices based on that:

1 Person - $64

2 - $105

3 - $146

4 - $187, so that brings it down to about $47 each.

And to be honest, I wouldn't put more than four in a group.

Make sure when you post let people know something about your 'plan' so like minded people can join together. For example, and we do this on our trips, tell people if you want to do water rides, have no interest in water rides, need to stop to smoke, just want to get all the credits and be done, marathon a certain ride, etc.

Thanks S.T. I thought it would be less. I guess I'll just be standing in line with the GP. I realize when I go to a park, I'll be waiting in queue lines all day. I'm hoping we get a lot of rides during our ERT's. It should be great with the low number of registrants.

^If you have the other credits already, I would agree in not getting the Flashpass. Robb and I will NOT be getting it. But for a lot of you who either have never been to the park before, or it's been a number of years remember, this is going to be a busy Saturday with PERFECT weather (as of forecast time today!)

It will be VERY busy and the Flashpass will save you!

I'll be getting a gold pass for me and my kid, the only coasters she's too short for are Batman and Freeze (I'll still grab a ride on those and she'll just wait at the exit). We usually ride water rides and don't mind getting soaked on a warm day. Hell we rode tidal wave on a very cool west coast bash day.

Id be willing to throw in on a Flash Pass, but seeing I know no one, I may just buy a solo

I've got 4 friends coming with me. We plan on getting a Flash Pass since one of them has never been to SFOT and we want to be sure we get to do everything. So, we've got room for another person to join in. I'm sure there will be other groups with room too...I wouldn't count on having to go solo.

For what it's worth, I was at the park last Saturday and it was absolutely packed. Even the overflow lot was getting full and the rows of buses were crazy. Most of the lines did look rather long, but surprisingly the Giant's line was only about a 45 minutes to an hour most of the day. I guess it all depends on what all you plan on doing throughout the day.

I am going solo this weekend. I am a fairly local to SFOT and I know the park pretty well. I have seen how the lines can get on a busy day. I have never bought a Q-bot before but I am interested in getting with a big group of people. I don't know anybody going but I am willling to ride any and ALL roller coasters. Like I said, I know the park and have rode most (if not all) rides at SFOT. The more people the better (Cheaper)

Robb,

We have been to the park several times and Clay has his own agenda and I smoke and we will have a lot of time since we don't like and won't ride La Vibora, Runaway Mountain or Flashback (painful!) and have so much ERT on the good coasters (yeah!!), we won't need a Flash Pass. We have also been to Sandy Lake and it is a nice, small little park, not sure on joining you there, but right now we are thinking about joining you guys there. Really looking forward to seeing everyone and lots of ERT.

I haven't been to SFoT since Texas Giant was new the first time around, so I'm looking to catch up.

I wanna ride everything I can, including some non coaster stuff. I don't mind water rides (even soakers).

I'll try to get to the restaurant for Friday night, and maybe we can meet up then.

Since I'll have to leave during the day to drive back to Houston, I'll pass on the FP... but absolutely, if this is your first time to SFOT and you want to ride everything, then it would be worth it. Some lines (Titan, NTAG, Batman, Shock Wave) can really move well and even long lines don't take forever.

Other queues (Freeze, Flashback, La Vibora, Runaway Mtn) take freaking FOREVER even with a short queue.

One should note that runaway mountain was taken off the flash pass a few weeks ago partly because of the mass confusion of picking up your crap at the same entrance that you used for flash pass. They might have re-added it, but the signage had been removed as of April 23

I'm not going Friday night but I am interested in a Flashpass. How many are in your group? I ride everything! SFOT is my home park
