I haven't tried my PC, but I bet it wouldn't run on mine either (it's a 2010 laptop)

I can run it on my pc at 60fps on high at 1080p, but when the park is somewhat big or if alot of scenery is on screen, it dips sometime below playable framerates, even on my prety powerful pc.

 

i think the game isn't optimized well.

those recomended specs though.
