mcjaco
Awesome TR Erik! I can't get over how cheap the QBots are.
Erik Johnson
Erik, this was an excellent trip report. I'm looking forward to going to Dollywood in a month and I'm seriously contemplating getting the Q-bot if the lines are long. Â Its so cheap, you might as well as get one anyways. 65skylark
Very nice TR Erik. Sandi and I had a blast at Dollywood last year and reading through your TR really makes me want to go back. Â I like how you mentioned Superman as "Mini-Tatsu". That is exactly how I think of that coaster. It is a lot of fun, but after Tatsu, it just is kind of insignificant. thefitness
Great Photo TR! All these parks look like a lot of fun. Â Are all the EuroFighters notorious for "shakey" transitions?
crazyrider06
nice pictures, the weather looked pretty awesome! I’ve never been to SFOG hoping to see. Thanks for the pictures, and ryan was right your report made me feel like I was there!
KingOfNynex2003
Dollywood looks like pretty fun park but I'd probably never fit into any of the rides because I'm a reasonably heavy person. btw great ptr!
masterofthematrix91
DUDE i stayed at the same hotel when I last went! (Band trip) Â Â I REALLY wish that there was a POV of Mystery MIne w/ the lights on so I can see what is happening.
njf
By the way the bands at SFOG were college bands. The one in the picture was University of South Carolina Aiken. Go Pacers!
BarryH
Great photos! Â I'm hoping to visit SFOG and Lake Winnie this summer.
carolinacaniac
Awesome report! If only other parks could follow the same pricing for q-bots anywho, all three parks are places I hope to go to sometime soon. I have yet to go that far west in the south (TN, GA area) for theme parks, but all three look like great places.

It might have been a mix of a bunch of bands, because we saw a band from one of the middle schools from my hometown.

EuroTre
Too bad you didn't hit Ninja. If you sit in the Vekoma seats, it really is sweet! I rather would have missed Cyclone. That thing is a total piece of crap.

That thing is a total piece of crap. Â I have ridden Ninja several times. If you ride Cyclone, try sitting in the front row of the last car. Its actually really good. Everywhere else is death though. JNash87
I hit ninja and it wasn't bad. I got the good seat so it was all good. its so funny while waiting in line you see all these people exiting with their head in their hands or rubbing their ears. also superman was very vomit friendly that day. we were two trains from gettin on, someone puked, we had to wait forever to get on. then once we got on and rode, we pulled back into the station and someone else threw up. nice.... disneygurlz2s
Awesome TR!! I, too, loved the "all" of Dollywood-rides, food and shows. Great entertainment park. To me, best all-around park outside of Disney as far as "showmanship". Â Shari
ThemeParkCommando
Hi Erik-- Â Wow, you're brave. A Six Flags park packed with middle school bands strikes me as a vision of hell. But I guess that hell wouldn't have coasters...or Q-bot!
Masked_Maverick
Yay for the Random Veggietales Credit. Great PTR too. Makes me want to visit Dollywood more than I already do.
Garet
Though we don't have q-bots in the U.K. they look very interesting, can u use them on the same ride more than once, how flexible are they on making that time they display for the ride? i remember them being quite fussy at Thorpe Park one day when we missed our half hour slotted time by bout 8 minutes because the queue at KFC was a little bit longer than we thought, queue for Rush was only 20 minutes though so we decided not to make a fuss and just queue.
