imawesome1124 Posted April 19, 2014 Posted April 19, 2014 ^I agree. It sucks that the Caps aren't in, but that means I can watch (almost) stress free. I won't be completely stress free until both the Penguins and Flyers are out. I think I'm pulling for the Ducks to win(sorry Joey). I still like Bruce and Matty P. Perreault was a fan favorite in DC and we were sad when we couldn't keep him. I want him to do well because I still love him.
imawesome1124 Posted April 19, 2014 Posted April 19, 2014 ^Yeah, you didn't know? Apparently the Sabres didn't do very well. I'm really sorry.
djboss302 Posted April 19, 2014 Posted April 19, 2014 Well that was disappointing. Hopefully the Hawks can get it together back at the UC. At least we still have two more chances to get our act together.
bbomser Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 ^ Yea, my Fiance is a Hawks fan, and it's been quite disappointing. I'm a Rangers fan myself, and hopefully we ride the momentum from the win the other night tomorrow afternoon. Either way, it's shaping up to be a great run for the cup!
tribar Posted April 20, 2014 Posted April 20, 2014 Well that was disappointing. Hopefully the Hawks can get it together back at the UC. At least we still have two more chances to get our act together. Â I know. It's so disappointing to watch them throw games away
coasterkid124 Posted April 21, 2014 Posted April 21, 2014 I have a feeling that the Blues can still choke. As I live in Buffalo I always felt like Ryan Miller is a super overrated player. Right now he's just lucky that he has a good team around him. This is coming from a diehard Red Wings fan.
Jew Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 (edited) Â That sums up the Kings so far... Edited April 22, 2014 by Jew
yankeeman311 Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 As a Devils fan, I'm rooting for the Hawks to win because well, I have $ on them lol. I picked them to win the Cup in a bracket challenge pool. Not a great start so far with 2 tough losses but I still believe they can come back.
coasterkid124 Posted April 22, 2014 Posted April 22, 2014 My brackets so far are way off I saw LA Chi Det And NYR winning with ease. While Detroit and New York are tied, LA and Chi have had bad starts. I'm the one of those people who believe that the Red Wings will pull a major upset.
Philrad71 Posted May 20, 2014 Posted May 20, 2014 Have to admit that I loved watching the Bruins go down in seven. I think that the best thing was watching Chara score against his own team off a Briere shot...priceless! Â And Lucic? Â Yep...he's still a classless douche.
TyRush Posted May 20, 2014 Posted May 20, 2014 He brings a lot of energy to the team. I think this is a very important game for LA will they be able to go back home 1-1 or not. Â Rangers are very surprising to me. I didn't think they'd make it this far but they surely proved me wrong. Id like to see them finally win again
bbomser Posted May 26, 2014 Posted May 26, 2014 Watching this Rangers team this year has almost given me a couple heart attacks. Throw in the OT winner tonight, and I think I may lose it soon. It's been a hell of a season for all 4 teams remaining. Hopefully the Hawks can get their stuff together and win one at home!
imawesome1124 Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 Well, two former Penguins are now members of the Caps... woohoo... Â Edit: Make that THREE former Penguins! This GM is an idiot!
coasterkid124 Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 ^ I think Kenny Holland has that award locked up this offseason.
Jew Posted July 11, 2014 Posted July 11, 2014 And none of those GM's won the cup, so he can have that award.
coasterkid124 Posted July 15, 2014 Posted July 15, 2014 Rumors keep swirling about next year when Mike Babcock's contract goes up. As a huge Wings fan, I don't see him going anywhere. He loves the city and the organization too much to leave. Even though some other teams are better off, Babs loves challenges, and he'll have to face that in keeping the playoff streak alive. Â I don't think that he would leave, and I don't know where these reporters get all this info from that he even wants to. Toronto is not very good at this point, and Pittsburgh is already set with their coaching staff.
gisco Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 I can't believe hockey has started again. Seems like it is a year round sport
Philrad71 Posted October 18, 2014 Posted October 18, 2014 ^Someone needs to tell the Buffalo Sabres that.
Jew Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 ^Someone needs to tell the Buffalo Sabres that. Â This statement still holds true. Except now they are trying to lose.
TyRush Posted April 3, 2015 Posted April 3, 2015 CAPS are on a roll! Such a better well rounded team, we should have a good chance to make a playoff impact rather than the franchise usual
