Just a friendly, sad reminder that tomorrow is the LAST day for Food & Wine!!!

 

Now starts the 10 month campaign to bring the Fondue back!

 

At least that Grapefruit beer is served year round and all the other restaurants and quick service places are still there to enjoy.

Any one know the 2014 dates yet for Food & Wine? I will be there on business late September.

2014 has not been announced yet, but they were Sept 27 - Nov 11 this year; Sept 28th - Nov 12th in 2012; and Sept 30th - Nov 12th in 2011. So that should give you some idea.

Today is the last day for Epcot's Food & Wine! It's our favorite seasonal event in Orlando, so we had to pay it a farewell visit.

Can Elissa really down 14 potstickers?

And we close out the year with some Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup! Apparently the only thing Canadians are good for! Well, that and Martin Short!

On a side note... We REALLY need to stop going to the parks when there was a race a few days ago. SOOOOOOO much pretentiousness and self-entitlement everywhere!

^Actually no! In the Special Olympics only the winners get medals! Gold, Silver Bronze, and there are ribbons for other participants. So Special Olympics is a much more respected sport than Disney Running Events!

Haha! That's awesome! We need medals for each TPR trip we've been on. Then, at events like WCB, we could see who the cooler people are by how many TPR medals they have.

How busy was the last day of Food & Wine compared with the weekend before? I'm thinking about making my first Orlando trip around this time next year, trying to figure out the best timing in terms of avoiding huge crowds (where possible) but also being able to experience events like F&W and the Christmas Party.

^It was busy and they started running out of some items. I would always avoid the last few days if you're coming out special for the event.
