ECZenith Posted April 21, 2007 Posted April 21, 2007 ^ Towards the of the commercial they show some footage of a ball coaster and they've edited the colors to be appropriate to Inferno. Thanks for the update, once Inferno goes vertical it won't be long until it's complete.
Synkope Posted April 21, 2007 Posted April 21, 2007 Here you have Terra Mítica's 2007 Spot: That spot.
neovortex2k Posted April 22, 2007 Posted April 22, 2007 The ad i assume he is talkin about is this one on you tube.
Synkope Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 Definitely, track is green and supports are white. More pieces arrived today to the park and I can saw them.
Théo the little french Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 Could you put your photos on the forum please? (don't make me ask you in Spanish please )
coastermaniac1 Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 Here is a picture: I hate the colour. Why did they choose that colour and call it Inferno?
Théo the little french Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 Here is a picture: I hate the colour. Why did they choose that colour and call it Inferno? I've already seen this photo.... I thought you'd have news.... It's true the colours are a bit strange: the ride is called "Inferno" and the theme is a catpult....
Airtime&Gravity Posted May 19, 2007 Posted May 19, 2007 Nice, and even though it is small and a clone, it should be a lot of fun. Hopefully Intamin will build larger ones, but a coaster like Inferno/Kirnu would be great for a small park.
Vffreak07 Posted May 20, 2007 Posted May 20, 2007 Yeah. I agree. THAT'S WHY NEXT YEAR, CEDAR POINT IS GONNA GET A 1000 FT. COASTER THAT GOES OUT OVER LAKE EERIE, AND GOES UPSIDE-DOWN 34 TIMES!!! *Sarcasm ^)
DATman Posted May 20, 2007 Posted May 20, 2007 ^That was from way out in left field, lol. Inferno looks like fin! Nothing insane, but something worth trying once.
Synkope Posted June 19, 2007 Posted June 19, 2007 There is Inferno: And Infinnito (they finished assembly today):
Divv3k Posted June 19, 2007 Posted June 19, 2007 I appreciate you posting photos of Inferno for us, but is there any need for the insanely huge watermark? Any sign of testing yet?
Synkope Posted June 19, 2007 Posted June 19, 2007 Yes, there is a need, there are a lot of rats in Internet. Sorry, but if you don't like it, don't see it again. It's easy. Intamin is testing Inferno, yes, they're testing it.
Divv3k Posted June 19, 2007 Posted June 19, 2007 Suit yourself, they're your photos to do with as you please. I know for me I'm less interested in looking at photos with watermarks covering half the photo. You've got some really excellent pics there but you've greatly reduced the quality of them in my view. Good to hear testing has begun.
Virdu_ Posted June 21, 2007 Author Posted June 21, 2007 Woah! Infinnito is HUGE! Thanks for the photos Cíclope
terrancew_hod Posted June 21, 2007 Posted June 21, 2007 Yes, there is a need, there are a lot of rats in Internet. Tell me about it. Two months ago, a friend sent me an email of what he called some hilarious pictures and commentary. I opened it up and somebody basically scraped parts of my website (including pictures and commentary) and put it in the email. The rats! I was... well you can guess the word! Terry
Virdu_ Posted June 23, 2007 Author Posted June 23, 2007 A worker from the park told us that Intamin is adding some magnets in the layout of Inferno, so the trains will roll more than Kirnu's ones.
robbalvey Posted June 23, 2007 Posted June 23, 2007 Does the train go around more than once? I'm still a bit confused by this ride. It looks part Screamin' Squirrel...part X....part...I'm not sure! It's almost more like a flat ride in coaster form! I sure do hope its' fun! --Robb
coasterdude5 Posted June 23, 2007 Posted June 23, 2007 ^ I was wondering that as well, because one lap around that probably doesn't make up for waiting in a long line.
Loco Posted June 23, 2007 Posted June 23, 2007 ^ I dont think so because Kirnu (The other Intamin Ball Coaster) only goes around once. Plus Inferno is going to have 3 separate cars.
