How does one get to meet Robb and Elissa?

I was wondering how Robb and Elissa are able to meet many of the members on Theme Park Review in real life. Do you make specific trips to meet them, make side trips to meet them or just meet them by happenstance?

1. Fill out a meeting-request form.

2. Make sure the fill out the background check form, STD check, proof of insurance, liability waiver forms.

3. Take polaroids of yourself from every angle (nude, if female and hot).

4. A $200 Application Fee, $200 in cash, or write a $200 check to CASH*

5. Mail me the check. I will screen all applicants and send them to Robb and Elissa's personal assistant. She will decide if you are allowed to meet.

To meet Robb and Elissa you can do a number of things...

 

1) Go to one of their publicly announced meets. Most of these do take place in California, but they do occasionally have them in Orlando as well.

 

2) Pure. Dumb. Luck. - This happens more than you realize! A surprisingly large number of people recognize Robb and Elissa while they just happen to be walking through a park either on an announced or unannounced trip. Heck, Stacey and I ran into them while we were both dining in one of the most random, out of the way, Indian restaurants in Orlando. If you do happen to see them, approach slowly and do not make any sudden movements. An offering of McDonalds or a large Rodent is appropriate if you would like to be able to speak

 

3) Go on one of the group trips! You are guaranteed a large amount of R&E time!

 

 

You are in Orlando... do you work at one of the parks? You might see them some day while you are at work if that is the case!

Seriously though, they're just normal people, unlike Paul Ruben (though why would you want to meet the 'my new #1' guy?) You may run into them... they host a lot of things (ex: TPR parties, TPR trips, TPR meets) so I guess you could go to a TPR function and then you'd probably be able to fufill your great stalker-ish desire.

In my case, I moved to an out of the way coaster destination, credit whored my way around the country until I knew all the parks that they might visit if they ever came here. Then, when they did come, I broke into their hotel and kidnapped them and forced them to go to the nearest park with a Vekoma. Sadly, the crappy SLC was closed, so they escaped. The best part is that since they didn't know their way around the legal system, I got away before they could press charges!
