Donomike05
I understand that parks have similar rides, but all the parks named are way bigger parks then Valleyfair with a much larger Linup of thrilling rides.
VF15
Don't know if it means anything regarding future expansion, but I noticed some white markings on the ground in the waterpark near Raging Rapids' exit today.
WOFanatic
I really don't see Valleyfair getting much of anything next year. But if I had to guess, I'd assume a Planet Snoopy expansion is lined up for next year.
Lightning9SX
White survey markings would indicate "Proposed Excavation".
VF15
Here's a pic of the waterpark markings I mentioned earlier. Also, while riding Steel Venom today, the holding brake was turned off. Hopefully it's only temporary.
EthanM
It looks to me that they are marking where to drill holes for some sort of support for a queue Edited June 23, 2017 by EthanM

SingleRiderWill
Permanent queue? I fully agree, looks like a permanent queue. Not sure if it was really all that needed, but I'm sure it would be a great addition.

valleyfairfanatic
The holding brake was probably due to having mechanical issues yesterday. It was down the entire day.

Donomike05
Small bobcat along with like 5 pickup trucks were moving dirt or gravel behind the amphitheater today, didn't really see what was happening I just noticed it when I drove by. Along with that there was a onsite mobile office.

n64trav3
If you mean the mobile office behind the amphitheater, that is usually used for All Wheel Sports between shows. I know there's a mobile office that acts as a backstage/hangout for the All Wheels Extreme cast/crew behind the ampitheatre. I also noticed some work between North Star and the ampitheatre. Donomike05
Yeah the mobile office might be for the Show, but there is definitely work being done.
EthanM
Sorry to get off topic, does anyone know what the max wind speed North Star can run in? Because it was closed for ERT last night and on Friday last week.
Drbcoaster
Sorry to get off topic, does anyone know what the max wind speed North Star can run in? Because it was closed for ERT last night and on Friday last week. According to Funtime's website, Star Flyers are certified to operate in winds up to 74 km/hr, or 46 mph. Lightning Rod
What are the high wind speeds before they have to shut star flyers down?
CaptainUnknown
It's recommended at 45, but it usually shuts down at 30 or 35 according to an area supervisor.
