  1. Awesome stuff! I think we've definitely entered a new age of Disney refurbs/"expansions"/whatever. Not like they didn't produce quality stuff in the past, but after seeing and hearing the reports from both this and Test Track, I'm encouraged by whatever their future plans to update different areas of the parks may be. Also, I think I heard/read somewhere that Ginnifer Goodwin actually took the role of Snow White on ABC's "Once Upon a Time" primarily because she's a huge Disney dork, and she figured it'd be her best chance to get membership to Club 33. Pretty cool if that's true.
  2. This one-off, ghetto-style water slide at the Buena Vista Lodge in Rincon de la Vieja, Costa Rica.
  3. I guess Universal missed the memo on the earth's dwindling supply of helium.
  4. As always, very nice shots! Loved the model railroad ones.
  5. A big thank you to my Secret Santa! The package arrived late Saturday, but I've just been way too busy to post pics yet, and didn't want you worrying if I got it or not. My gifts finally begin their journey to their recipient tomorrow!
  6. Wow, nice work on the Universal globe...and I really like that angle of the castle as well.
  7. ^ I almost wish it was. And by the way, Post of the Year.
  8. This is why a shark feeding exhibit is long overdue.
  9. Scientists have already given up trying to find an answer to your question. Although they did determine that it happens mostly when things are built in California or Ohio. Also, doctors have found that it's better, and less stressful, to not worry about it. Remember, YOLO. And the reactions to rides like this make that a good thing....for many of us.
  10. What a cool shot. I love that you can see the back end of the train on the other side of the track.
  11. Yeah, the fisheye can be pretty fun...in moderation. ^ I'm not a huge fan of overdone HDR, but do you think that shot could have benefited from it by giving the clouds a bit more definition?
  12. Not a coaster, but ANY chairlift ride creeps me out a bit. I'll ride 'em, but I don't move much at all, feeling as though I'll slide out right under that bar if I do.
  13. Gregg, that shirt is hilariously awesome! Finally got gifts purchased...now awaiting their arrival for packaging, before being shipped back out to my recipient!
  14. Don't forget the Outback Steakhouse.
  15. Awesome! Yeah, that Thunder Mountain shot is the most unique and well executed one I've ever seen from that ride. And again, your night stuff is top-notch.
  16. Thank you Sadly I don't get up to Orlando as often as I would like and visiting out of state even less frequently so the picture would lack variety and be mostly Orlando pictures sporadically when I do get up there. But that'd still be great....just update your own thread whenever you get the chance. I just hate to see quality stuff like this get buried in between consistent park updates. Also, is it safe to assume you're a fan of Tom Bricker? Your night work is on par with some of his incredible work.
  17. ^ Dude, your skills with that camera are vastly improving day after day! VERY impressive stuff. You should really just start your own ongoing thread dedicated to your park photography.
  18. ^ 1/4 is generous. And given the clientele in the later years of its operation, trolling Sistrunk Blvd. for crack, or a Walmart shopping marathon may have seemed a better use of time anyway.
  19. Tennessee, PLEASE take Gruden. Then I'll be able to un-mute Monday Night Football.
  20. ^ And after your 7-day performance we witnessed, it's amazing they still serve food too.
  21. See, it's the gift that keeps on giving! Do people get "bullied" ON THE MOOOOOOOOON?
  22. ^ Well, they've both had about a million different things work in their favor to make it this far, so I wouldn't bet against any scenario at this point.
