^That is correct. The coasterball is supposed to spin. Isn't the coasterball the RCT3 version of the Intamin Ball Coaster (which is the Intamin 4d)? -

Run youre mouse over all of the path optiond and one will say under water path tile. Then when it goes under water it makes a glass tunnel ove the path. Awesome use of the custom scenery!
