4 hour wait for Raptor opening year. And worth every frickin' second.

I read on pointbuzz somebody suggested that maybe it is a normal lift hill but on the way down the hill it is accelerated by a cable system much like TTD to get a higher speed. This may sound silly but is it possible? Don't criticize me about the idea I was just wondering

Glad you had a good time. I did definitly "grey-out" on the first loop of Double Loop. I loved X-Flight but had bruises where the restraints held me. I had two very different experiences on Villian. Front Seat (Black Train) -Simply Amazing ride. Second row (Black Train) worst woody in history (yes worse than SOB.) Glad you went to Geauga Lake and not just Cedar Point. It has some hidden gems believe it or not.

Has anyone else thought that "Maverick" might just be the name of the possible new coaster @ Valleyfair? Just a thought. And has Intamin ever built or looked into building a flyer?

Every time i ride Incredible Hulk I "grey out". Right at the beginning going through the zero-g roll. Its amazing, the consistant rate this happens to me. Another one I grey out on is Double Loop at Geauga Lake. Those vertical loops got me and my wife seeing black for a few seconds.

How long was the average wait times on the main coasters? (TTD, MF, Raptor, Magnum, Mantis, WT)? I am going this saturday and think that the lines will be somewhat compairable.

Does anybody have a pic of what a ball coaster looks like? It sounds interesting.

Wild One-SFA. I waited like an hour for this coaster. I was so depressed at it's performance that i seriously wanted to burn it down. That is seriously the only coaster that I think is overrated. Nearly every coaster fan I see loves that coaster. I hate it. The Beast rules it anyday.

King Cobra (PKI) This coaster was sweet. It was my first Stand-Up coaster. Sure it may have been a little rought but it had a sweet layout. Too bad it's sitting out in a field now rusting away.

Magnum has not lost it's zing. No way. It is just as good as when it opened in 1989. Amazing Airtime

I have a pretty good hunch that the new coaster will NOT be a launch coaster. Considering their last 2 were launch (TTD, WT). I still like the dueling flyers idea or how about a deuling-floorless vs. flyer? Is it possible? That way you get the best of both worlds and it would definitly be a people mover. I think that would be mighty sweet.

Got a question. I know TTD has been stuck on the top of the tophat before. To get it over the hump someone had to ride an elevator thing and push them over. Stealth however does not seem to have a elevator. How could someone get to the top to push them over? There is a small platform at the top but from what i can see, no way of getting up there. Or are they making it somehow physically impossible to get stuck on the tophat with so much speed or somehow? stealth.bmp Platform but no elevator
