Believe it or not: Word on the street is that Drop Zone opened today @ 1:30

I rode Drop Zone @ Carowinds on Wednesday. It was fully functional.

I can't wait to attempt this snapping thing, sounds like fun. My 100th coaster will be @ Carowinds and I'm thinking it will be Top Gun.

Are both Drop Zones open? I know the one at KI is still closed And can anyone answer my eagles "snapping" question. Also I have heard that XLC is a bit rough (true or not)

Thanks for the info. Keep on commenting if there is anything else or if someone has other tips. I really like to plan stuff out ahead of time. Also I was planning on riding the flying eagle swing things @ Carowinds. I always hear about people "snaping" or something like that. How is that officially done and is it regulated there?

Going on a east coast trip visiting these former Paramount parks and have never been there before. Some info would be great like: 1. What to ride first? (If it really matters) 2. Best seats? (Especially on their wood coasters since it really makes a huge difference sometimes) 3. Any closures known of at this point? 4. Amazing can't miss food or shows 5. Are the waterparks really good or not really worth visiting? 6. Any other relevant info is great too. Going to PKD on Sunday 15th & Carowinds on 18th Thanks

Villain in front seat is very reridable this year. In fact I rode it 4 times in one day already this year. Don't make the mistake of sitting in the backseat though, unless you have a steel spine.

Actually both times I have been at the park this year they have checked for Joe Cool membership. You cannot get it with your Knotts pass only with a Cedar Point Pass. They let people to a certain point of the park's entrance(around the skyride) and block it off to everyone who doesn't have a Joe cool membership. Sorry Yo

Does anyone think there might be the possiblity of them cranking up the launch speed now? It had to be right around 70 mph for the heartline but is it possible for it to be like 80 mph for the s-curve. That would make the second half of the ride a little more interesting. I can hope at least, right?

I'm used to pain being in Ohio (Mean Streak, SOB, Villian) Bring it on. My wife doesn't feel the same way as me though

I'm possibly going to BGA in two weeks. Got a few ?'s 1. How are the lines (Average Wait Time) 2. Any food places to recommend? 3. Should I go here (BGA) or Sea World ? I havent made up my mind yet.

I seriously cannot believe how many people have not heard of cornhole. Its great, sort of like horseshoes-o wait anyone out of Ohio has probably never heard of that before either. Seriously though it's a great little game, I even have my own Cincinnati Bengals cornhole edition I just got for my birthday.

I voted for X-Flight/Batwing. I really like the pacing of these Vekoma's. I have not ridden Tatsu which would probably get my vote if I would have ridden it. SUF is pretty slow outside of the pretzel loop.

Thanks a ton. That $18 deal is great. I am going by myself so hopefully i'll be able to get paired up with somebuddy so I can ride t-bolt. If anyone else has more advise keep it coming
