  1. They might as well just build a giant Golden Horse Statue in the front of the park In all seriousness, I'm actually very intrigued by this and kinda wanna go there (not that it's going to happen anytime soon )
  2. If you're visiting near Christmas, I personally wouldn't get your hopes up for Toro, Nitro, or Ka. It can get incredibly cold near Christmas, and it's normal for many of the major coasters to close when the temperature drops too low. EDIT: Boldikus has corrected me about Nitro. See what he has to say, as he's more knowledgeable than I about SFGadv
  3. ^ From my visit ~1 month ago, you're allowed to bring loose articles up to all rides, no rides require lockers, I'm pretty sure all coasters (except maybe the kiddy credit - I haven't been on it) have cubbies, and locked lockers are available for purchase in some parts of the park.
  4. My guess is that the discs look like O's and make a "plink" sound when they hit the pegs, hence the name Plink-o Wait we're not supposed to give a real answer? Oh ok. It's called plinko because Sir Alfred Plinko Jr. thought of the game in 1689 when he dropped a wheel off a cliff and it bounced between a series of rocks jutting out, eventually landing in one of several naturally occurring ditches inspiring him to make the game. Why is the sky blood red?
  5. Unless I'm mistaken, I believe that Six Flags made an agreement with RMC that requires that they open Wonder Woman first so that SF can call it the first single rail coaster. They're still wrong, there have been several single rail coasters before WW, including many of these rides as well as this wierd Pax ride
  6. -Like a Eurofighter from hell -Definition of a meme-worthy coaster -It's probably not a good idea to ride this
  7. I think you answered your own question. As a serious answer, I think it will most likely be very crowded. Now whether or not to invest in Fastlane is something I can't tell you, but based on my experiences with memorial day weekend crowds, I'd assume Cedar Point will be packed. Also 100th post!
  8. Definitely Dodonpa/Do-dodonpa Would you rather your homepark get an Intamin Pre-fab or an RMC Giga? (If you're homepark has a prefab then don't answer this question )
  9. I'm sure I'm not the first one to notice this, but I find it kinda funny how on the Six Flags App, if you go into the "rides" section for any of their parks, it will always show the same shot of S:ROS at SFA at the top of the page, no matter which park you're looking at.
  10. On the bright side, it's been over one and a half years since you made that post, so that year's light show is in the past! My A.D.D. makes simple homework take way longer than it needs to.
  11. It's about to thunderstorm here. The rain's already come, and there's even a tornado warning across several counties in my area. Pls send prayers for my internet
  12. ^^ Correct!
  13. Nope! You’re on the right track in some respects though.
  14. You may need to think a little bit outside the box for this one, and this coaster is quite obscure. -Has fire -Never opened to the public, but did have a mini ACE event -Gives new meaning to "built in-house"
  15. If you think that he was slamming SFStL, then you clearly haven't seen his review of La Rhonde!
  16. ^ If you trace the large highway that goes down the photo vertically, and follow it down, there should be a little bulge to the left in the highway a little past halfway down, a bit to the right. If you're looking in the right spot, then you should be able to see a bunch of parking to the left of the highway, and if you keep going left, you'll see some bit of dots and yellow-ish color that is Six Flags St. Louis. To verify that you are indeed looking at SFStL, you can double check using google maps, and you'll see the same patterns, just oriented differently. Hope that helps! Also, great TR! Love the photos, and it was a fun read! Look forward to seeing more
  17. I see I think someone should show this ride to Jacksfilms
  18. So what is Garfield and what's...interesting about it? I've never been to the park and this seems intriguing.
  19. My birthday! That's an important fact, I swear!
  20. Tempesto? It's a large ride that's indisputably thrill.
