The location is in the heart of Long Beach, right next to a freshly re-developed shopping area with a bunch of national chain restaurants.

They do pretty good business at Staples Center, Honda Center, and Citizens Bank Arena out here in so cal too. But all I think of when I think of the Harlem Globetrotters is Meadowlark Lemon being the focal point of a Pinky and the Brain episode!

The most realistic name that is popping up is Jack Del Rio. Kevin Sumlin is the hot name the media is reporting. Pete Carroll (who actually wanted to stay at USC, but Mike Garrett ruined it) was there before UCLA hired Jim Mora (who is going to jump back to the NFL the first chance he gets).
