It reminds me of my first SFNE visit. It was in the rain. I got S:ROS but Cyclone and Flashback were closed. I just came back the next weekend, both were opened, and I nailed it. SFGADV needs entirely new bumper cars. I hated their condition.

You barely heard the Intamin "fart" that Opening Day.

Hopefully it could be modded to New Jersey code. I bet it would be called "New" if it came back with Tango in the coming seasons.

Opening Day was not the day with which to judge El Toro. I felt how the wind beat down the whole riding experience. I know it can do better so don't take that opinion. Come back and ride it again on a more normal day.

I can't get over the train not being able to get up the first hill after the first drop with convincing speed to this day. I'm always convinced it's just short of valleying every run.

I know it doesn't now. I wish I was at the park before they flagged it. I wish I could see photos/aerials of the racetrack. I found what I was looking for: Thunderbolt is in the back. Now I have an explaination why I have to walk downstairs to DC Adventures in the park.

Josh who posted another TR here for that same day who's also running the GADV fan site. The Josh and the camera go hand and hand. I visit here/there.

There was just a Mazda ad with the I believe the Coney Island Cyclone? Is that how the Altel empire is going to end in commercials? I know Verizon now owns them.

The only CF Maxx Pass I bought was actually at KD. I used it at the home CF Dorney twice and CF once. I don't plan to have such luck again to go that many of their properties in a year.

This is at least the 4th-5th straight year I had a season pass for Six Flags. Two years ago I was lucky enough to have a Cedar Fair Maxx Pass. I may look into a Clementon Park season pass this year.

Where Two Face was wouldn't be a bad spot for a Wild Mouse. I'm surprised SFA doesn't have one.

I think the parks are in the same hole with flats. SFA I believe is just capped as a mid sized park. It has a coaster collection comparable to Dorney. It's made up its share with the water park.

So just when I thought there was only one train by the old Two Face site there's two? The regular train and a mini train I just read about?

Because Saturday was so Bizarro, did we miss the point of the Bizarro pics for the contest?

What's going to happen first? HRP gets all its new names and reopens or they finish the firehouse renovation and lift hill?

I think it was mostly the high winds. With the two extra top billing coasters open: NITRO and Kingda Ka, there would be a whole lot less complaining about the smaller rides that were not open. I met a TPR-er at Rolling Thunder and we saw each other at El Toro. I think that's the Sahara Sam guy.

The high winds were a deterant indeed. Gusts up to 40 mph. I had to evac Dark Knight even though it's indoors. I think with the first day there was a lot of training and we were all guinea pigs. I got 2 Toro circuits at least. GASM and Rolling Thunder ran amazingly smooth. I met our one member that works at Sahara Sams I believe.

I plan to see the movie this week. I have off. I can imagine how it's cheaper to shoot in Pittsburgh. It's a biotch to drive into Long Island from NJ.

In New Jersey it's called Easter/Spring Break that week. SFA is open this week. Perhaps a lot of schools have Spring Break this week. At least the days off would lead into Easter SFGADV Opening Day is tomorrow!!!

The name finally got ditched.
