I'd post my Southwest opinions, but Elissa pretty much covered them. No seat assignments and the condition of the planes do it in for me. And yeah, they're no bargain any more. I pretty much have no airline preference, as they all pretty much suck these days (customer service?!? HA!). The destination usually determines which one I'll take (going south = Airtran, for example). I will say I like the reasonably priced business class upgrades on Airtran. And how you can earn free ones after some flights. That's pretty cool... dt

Download the VLC media player and try that to play videos. I gave up on WMP a long time ago because it seems like it will sometimes not recognize already installed video codecs. Since going with VLC, I don't think I've ever come across a video that I can't play. Hope this helps. dt

I haven't been to DL in 10+ years, but upgrading the place is probably a good idea. I do wonder, though, how this is going to play even five years from now, when no one really cares about the POTC movies any more... dt

Awesome photos. I should have taken some of my action packed weekend of eating dinner with random old people and listening to conversations about Jesus and country music, but I was not compelled to take pictures. Perhaps if one of them had passed out into the gravy and stuffing right in the middle of a bible story. That would have been worth photographing, but alas, nothing like that occured. dt
