What Was The Last Coaster You Rode?
CP_RULES replied to SharkTums's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I am proud to say the last coaster I rode is the (actually pretty forceful) Patriot! BOOM BABY! What a great ride! -
Screamin Eagle Ride
CP_RULES replied to coasterboy76's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
When I rode Screamin' Eagle a couple weeks ago there was virtually no airtime on it. Which is a shame cause I always remembered it being an airtime giant.... maybe just a bad day? -
Riders strap themselves in for what they think to be an average wild mouse but what they dont know, wont hurt them..... Mousey is an intense wild mouse with a twist. Incorporating two inversions into its layout, Mousey is and exciting thrill ride that any park could afford. Winding through the trees, Mousey not only has sharp hairpin turns but also exciting highly banked helices. Watch out for the suprises that lie within. All the supports are custom made by me. The supports may seem a little wierd, I was experimenting with what I could do. However, all of the supports are sufficient and consistent. Also, all of the track is completely hand made. Mousey has magnetic brakes throughout the ride provding for a smoother stop. Mousey Stats- Top Speed- 55 mph (88 Kmph) Length- 2615 ft (797 m) Maximum Number of Trains- 4 Maximum Banking- 70* Height- 120 ft (37 m) Inversions- 2 (Heartline Roll, Immelman) Blocks- 11 Mousey Tests- E-stop- Passes Tunnel- Passes Created By Justin Seabaugh- Please Enjoy and Rate! Geboldi America |RCT3|
CP_RULES replied to coasterdude5's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
^Make sure there are two stations right next to each other, and also make sure they end at the same point next to each other. Then, go into the ride operations tab thing (where you change the timings for dispatch) and check syncronize (sp?) adjacent stations for both rides. -

Geboldi America |RCT3|
CP_RULES replied to coasterdude5's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Realistically, a park can ask for anything they want. Maybe Geboldi requseted a calssic style Arrow corkscrew to compliment the feel they were trying to go for in the park. Also, the ride could be from another park, who says its new? -
Bandit [NL]
CP_RULES replied to CP_RULES's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
The helix is the ONLY part of the ride that was not handmade. I made the helix in Elementary, Im not so good at making perfect circles either. Lol. -
Its been a while since I have uploaded a track, every time I have made a coaster I have not liked it enough to upload it for your riding pleasure. Well, after so many failed attempts to make a good ride, Bandit emerges. When I set out to make this coaster, I wanted all the elements of a good woody coaster to be there. Quick sharp drops to maximize airtime, crazy twisted sections, plenty of headchoppers, and a few insane helices. --Tests-- -Tunnel- Passes with two *slight* tunnel collisions, but all on the same block. -E-stop- Passes, slowly but surely. --Stats-- -Highest point- 148ft (45m) -Drop- about 120ft (about 36m) -Length- 4537ft (1382m) -Appx. Moments of Airtime- 7 -Number of Trains- 3 -Cars Per Train- 9 -Blocks- 7 -Maximum Banking- 75* -Maximum Seed- 62mph (about 99Kmph) PLEASE RATE AT COASTERSIMS! Dude that is giant! With the track the way it is it kind of looks like Steel Dragon's track. Anyways, it looks really good, cant wait for the next update and I hope Gadv lets you put in there. My only concern is if it will finish the course....damn Knex friction.

Oasis Park [RCT3]
CP_RULES replied to CP_RULES's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
It really wouldnt be any more uncomfortable than say a helix such as the one below becuse the trains go fairly slow through the loop. -
Oasis Park [RCT3]
CP_RULES replied to CP_RULES's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Im having trouble trying to figure out how best to describe all the cool and new things that have happened around Oasis Park, so I have decided to let the pitures do the talkin'. Sahara Speed was the last coaster to be built in the park before it opened. Sahara Speed is a Vekoma Motorbike with two inversions and a launch of over 50mph. Sahara Speed is located in an ancient egyptian stadium. I really dont liek how the stadium looks, but its good enough. The splash boats on the lake is the parks only water ride. It is named Quest for Antonia. The logo (please note that I did NOT make this logo and I do not know who did, I simply found it on Google) Battle for the Sphinx is also a new coaster (or two?). Battle for the Sphinx are two dueling Vekoma flying coasters. One side is Right Eye.... ...and the other is The Great Sphinx. They never really intertwine... ...but they do get pretty close. REALLY close. Each side is identical, here is the layout. The area around Tomberang really has filled in. The food Court. Many new animal exhibits have been added. This one is chimpanzees. (sp?) Quest for Antonia. Sandstorm has undergone some improvements. One of which is some new theming over the queue. The (fairly generic) logo. Another improvement is the fact that the lift has been custom supported. The exhibit in the foreground is the new lion exhibit. Sahara Speed as seen from the new Kings Cry. The logo. Looks like a new ride for next season. Overview. Currently the parks first season is over and preperations for next season are being made. -
I went to WOF yesterday and it seems that TW has been retracked starting at the station, all the way to about halfway down the first drop. TW had a sign in front of it that said "This attraction will open later today" until about 3:30. Also, I would like to take back my comments that Patriot is forceless. Steel always told be that it was really fun and had forces and he was right. I rode Patriot 6 times yesterday...boy its a great ride!

Scenery packs RCT3
CP_RULES replied to coasters r mnt's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Press and hold shift while dragging the support to the desired position. Also, the support killer takes away the in-game supports. -
When I went to SFStL, one train of Eagle got stuck in the brake run and the other was going up the lift. When they tried to stop the lift at first I heard someone say "THE LIFT WONT STOP!". If the lift indeed wouldnt have stopped then the train on the lift would have smashed into the train stuck in the brakes but they eventually got the lift to stop...

I have a RCT3 question...
CP_RULES replied to Jack57's topic in Roller Coaster Games, Models, and Other Randomness
Place the files into the my documents/my music/RCT3 folder. -
If you noticed I wrote "the theming is......great" or something of the sort. I was being sarcastic (hence the pause between theming and great).
-
^Finally someone who understands! TW really does have good airtime, and if you get past the fact that its (tolerable to me) rough, then its an all around great ride. I havent ridden all that many woodys (5), but TW is actually my top wooden.

manhattan express trains
CP_RULES replied to map2's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The River King Mine Ride (arrow) at SFStL once had stand-up trains, but a woman died because of them so that got rid of 'em.
