  1. Finally someone who agrees with me, it seems every entusiast in England loves the BPB Log Flume, they nearly all started crying when they heard it was being removed, IMO it was too long and boring, c'mon 3 lift hills, but only 2 drops! -Martyn
  2. So there was another add-on trip on top of the add-on trip??
  3. I must express my disapointment at the lack of photos of the Log Flume at BPB, its in its last year of operation and out of all the PTR's I've read, there hasn't been a single photo of anyone on it, near it, mentioning going on it, just got off it etc!
  4. Well the Ultimate was deigned by British Rail Engineers, thats says alot
  5. Thats the thing, the RNRC isn't intense at all really, apart form the launch, but I can think of 100 rides more intense that it, I think Disney just have pure bad luck. It still won't put me off going.
  6. ^^ But it sounds the same as when that women died on Hulk, obviously not Disney's fault, but its another death on their list.
  7. The G's are quite high when you go up into the half loop at the end of the launch track. -Martyn
  8. Awsome pictures Chris! I can't believe a coaster so big could be so short! -Martyn
  9. Flamingo land don't own it anymore. I couldn't imagine it going to Walibi World, its too much of a "cheap" coaster as its a portable one, and thats not WW's image. I know Pleasurewood Hills are still having loads of problems with getting planning permission for the Boomerang, so if that completely fails, they will have to get another coaster as they removed their most popular ride "ever" to make way for the Boomerang, so you never know, it could end up their. -Martyn
  10. Amazingly, its still for sale, why know one would wan't this coaster is beyond me. I wonder how much longer it will be for sale for, if knowone wants it, it might get scrapped like Tornado at Walibi Belgium, and know coaster entusiast would want that to happen to this gem of a coaster -Martyn.
  11. True, its such a strange coaster, so very brutal, yet so very nice. I'm surprised they they don't need new trains every month for it, I think the trains take the most beating. -Martyn
  12. ^ Very true, that 'track' isn't long enough or steep enough, but then again you can still pick up some pace if you choose the right 'Skatekart' thingy, some of them have very tight wheels, so its pretty boring, but some of them go zoom zoom zoom, which is quite scary as I would nearly fly off at every corner, such good fun though!
  13. Its sad to see it half way across the world, but its good to see it in a new home, and it looks like it could be s permanent home, they've done a good job with the paint(you just need sunglasses to ride it). Now you Mexicans look after good ol' Magnum Force. -Martyn "Must....Find......Bullet" Branford
  14. Valhalla is such an awsome ride, I'm glad you lot all enjoyed it, I think the music plays a big part in the ride. If you don't have a poncho, that freezer room is bloody horrible. But did you guys know that on the last drop, when all that fire explodes etc, a tank of water above is opened so you can't really avoid getting wet(unless you have a poncho) -Martyn
  15. ^Oh no don't take it the wrong way, I wasn't demanding the POV's like some people were with the updates, I was just curious as there has been a mad amount of Trip Reports added but no vids, and I'm really annoyed as I can't find a POV of Megaphobia anywhere, grrrrr.
  16. I must say I was hoping to see some POV's in the the Professional Amateur Videographer forum, as I've seen countless amounts of photos of people on cosaters with video camaras, not one's been posted yet!
  17. ^Or you could do that here at TPR, where its not classed as spam. -Martyn
  18. What about Hades? I've seen loads of videos of it and it looks amazing! -Martyn
  19. ^ The Golden Ticket awards voted Valhalla the best Water ride in the world! So I gathered they were pretty good, as Valhalla is an amazing ride. And why isn't Coaster Express/Wild Wild West in that top 3 Woodies? [edit] Well I never, Nemesis is 4th in the best steel coaster award 2005, chuffed with that result, gets me even more hyped up for whoring it tomorrow. -Martyn
  20. Only Robb could choose a coach company called "Bullocks" -Martyn
  21. I finally got my Jubilee Odyssey credit for this year last weekend, after 7 visits already this year with it being closed. The only really rough bit I found was the Sidewinder, especially as I was in the front seat, my head got a major beating. What else did you go on up there?
  22. Tidal Wave at Thorpe has all of the above, is that a coaster?
  23. I wan't to see some pics from the side trip to Skegness!! -Martyn
