  1. Well, don't get your hopes up too much. The only two places with airtime are the first drop and the drop after the MCBR. Overall, it's a pretty slow ride. IMO V2 is better. But Raging Bull is still up there.
  2. Don't they normally have a lapbar on those things? And I really can't see how someone could get injured by a 2MPH moving car thing. Still, that's very unfortunate... plus I'd probably freak out if I was just lying there in pitch darkness with ghosts and crap all around me!
  3. Riding on a B-17. What's funny is that I throw up on normal planes because of nervousness, but no barfing here! Also, they had the roof open... it was SO awesome! Andrew "Not very much headroom, though!" C.
  4. The pre drop isn't just to make it so that the train isn't 1/4 way down the hill before the other part is off the lift, it reduces a LOT of tension on the chain, which means that they'll have to replace it a lot less often. Andrew "Just thought I'd put my two bits of advice in" C.
  5. I almost died laughing in the first minute of the movie!!! What's funny is that... well... I do that... during... off season... maybe. Andrew C.
  6. Is it REALLY all that hard to secure a spot on a TPR trip? People are starting to make me worried. Andrew "Not the fastest person around..." C.
  7. Any huss frisbee gets my vote! Andrew "Frisbee lovuh" C.
  8. Phew! I just finished reading the whole thing... where's the aspirin, tums, tylenol, and wal-tap?!?? Great TR, niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiicolaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. Poor cameron didn't get any photo-age, though. Andrew "Where's my aussie?" C.
  9. I'm SUPER skinny, but I never have a problem with slipping out of the restraint... I don't really see how that could happen, either (crotch spike and seat belt restraint holder)
  10. I liked the layout, but IMO, the inversions are all taken too slowly. I loved your support work, but at some points, you DID go overboard with too many of them. Finally, some of the elements are jerky and not smooth. I don't know if you were trying to do this, but it's rather distracting. I DID, however, love the layout and overall idea. Nice job! Andrew C.
  11. LOL! I LOVE Ryan's face when he wants to pound it! You rock for making some more! Andrew ":dude:" C.
  12. I think that I would count it... I woldn't count the type that just goes like a bobsled.
  13. Nope... no stories to tell. It's better to just stay out of trouble - follow the rules and you'll always have a great day!
  14. I have that feeling, too sometimes on Raging Bull. My guess is that since the radius of the curve leveling out is so small, it seems like your body just rotates and then moves forward.
  15. Chainlifts will never disappear. First of all, they're MUCH more expensive electricity wise and mantinence wise. Plus, B&M didn't like making Incredible Hulk since they believe that coasters should ALWAYS use a chain lift. Andrew "Don't worry about it!" C.
  16. It would be impossible to have a lap bar on SLC's and inverteds because there is no floor to attach the lap bar to. Sure, there's the bottom of the seat, but would that really be safe? Andrew "They're fine how they are now." C.
  17. Although I LOVED Rich's photoshoppin', Derek's was the absolute best. Not to mention those last few pictures Andrew "Good luck with that." C.
  18. If you look at this picture: http://www.prnewswire.com/mnr/buschgardens/25155/images/25155a.jpg The track looks a lot wider than normal dive machine track... it might just be the field of view, but it does look wider. Andrew "FAT TRACK!" C.
  19. WTF? I don't want TWO immelmans, give me an Immelman and a cobraroll or something! Oh well, who am I kidding? This ride will still kick butt. Plus three minutes along with 10 ACROSS FLOORLESS TRAINS?!?? crap...
  20. Haha! The height signs. That is probably the most genius height system I've ever seen in a park. It saves so much of the trouble of waiting in line for two hours, just to find out that your kid is too short. I wish I could go back to Hershey - the Comet was my first roller coaster. They have so many great rides now, I really need to go again! Andrew "ChOcOlAtE!" C. EDIT: I totally forgot about Trailblazer! I can't remember much about it, but I remember that I started crying since I was so scared to go on it. (I thought it went upside-down and didn't trust the rest of my family who had already gone on it.) However, by the end of the night I ended up going on it.
  21. That is not a very good idea for the park. People who have to be saved will need to sign a consent form saying that they allow MTV to put them on television; therefore, they'll have to end up making fake plots since I can imagine that NO ONE will want to watch themselves drown on TV. Andrew "Reality TV is getting old." C.
  22. How about they do it now? It's August 23 where they live Andrew "Watch, they'll pull a Cedar Point on us" C.
  23. Dang... I was going to try my luck... oh well! Andrew "Taikos in AMERICA?!?? (WTF?!)" C.
  24. ...I have a pinball machine!
  25. Lol at the "Whoop-De-Woos" Nitro always looks fun... I need to get to GAdv before I die... or at least go to College. Andrew C.
