I forgot to mention this last week when I was at Splash Country but I had a different experience on big Bear plunge. The lifeguard made us get in the raft with another couple and for as he said "safety reasons" made that couple put their legs across each other and then me put my legs over theirs and my girlfriends over mine so all 4 of us had our legs crossed. It was just a tad awkward since we didn't know them and the raft really isn't that big but they were still cool with it lol but I probably would have just skipped the slide if I knew about that before waiting. On the other family raft ride there they made us pair up with another couple but we just sat Indian style like how most places are. I've been to about 7 water parks this year and quite a few over the years and never seen the leg crossing thing before. I get having to be paired up to get more people in the raft and have no issues with that cause a lot of parks do that but I'm just wondering if anyone has seen this leg crossing thing before?

Those self service kiosks are awesome. I used them for the first time at Cedar Point last week and loved it. That's a great improvement for our park.

It never re-opened today but I'm still happy we got on lightning rod and everything else in the park we wanted to do. We did the timesaver unlimited pass simply because this was our only day here and the park was only open to 7. It really was worth the money cause we would have never gotten on lightning rod 4 times plus all the other rides. I really enjoyed the park but not sure it would be a park I'd make it out to every year. It was definitely too humid for me. The Halloween / Christmas events seem like they would be great but don't know if I'd go just for them if a lot of rides aren't open as well.

Mystery mine has been down most of the day, only got 90 mins left and I'm hoping it opens up again but I can't complain too much after getting as many rides on lightning rod as I did.

Got 3 rides on lightning rod already with the timesaver unlimited pass. 2 of the rides were in a little bit of rain, got to sit front/middle and back row. Just an awesome ride, it's down at this moment but I'm thrilled I was able to get a couple rides in already. Also I saw people riding the ferris wheel from the lightning rod station.

I really like them, it's a unique perspective to see all the surroundings from the ride. I don't watch videos for rides I may actually ride some day that I haven't rode yet but I would definitely check out these kinds of pictures.

I don't know what they use it for but the clown maze is in the red tent building and the simulator building is also used for Halloween mazes / storage.

I'm curious to see if they sell the all season fast lane plus again next year and how much it goes up in price. I have one for this season and even though I haven't gotten down there as many times as I wanted I would definitely buy another one next year, especially with rmc Hurler opening.

Thanks I'll definitely check and yeah that would be my only day there anyway and it's only open 10-7 so I'll probably just get it since I don't know when I'll be back.

Yeah I just took a peak at the wait times, no waits for anything else, I was gonna buy the timesaver unlimited in advance but might just keep an eye on how many are available at this point and see how it goes first. I'm mainly waiting to see if lightning rod will be open that day and then I'll definitely buy it.

My current scheduled trip is Cedar Point for 2 days, Kings Island, the Dollywood water park / Pigeon Forge mountain coasters for a day / Dollywood. There's a possibility I switch out the Dollywood stuff with just driving back home and stopping at Kennywood along the way for a day.

I think the majority of the people over in the Facebook group for great adventure annoy me more than the people here lol

That's the day I might be in the park lol I was going to buy a timesaver unlimited anyway but does anyone know if this makes it more crowded with her being there now? I'm still on the fence about what I'm going to do, I put together a last minute trip and was planning on going to dollywood the 17th/18th before finding out they aren't open on the 17th I have to be back on the 19th no matter what so I don't have much leeway schedule wise. Since I'm driving I may just skip it and go from kings island back home with a stop at Kennywood for the day instead.

What is everyone's preference when it comes to rental car companies? I don't rent cars often but normally use Budget because I've never had an issue with them. Some of the lower tiered rental car companies have so many bad reviews, besides the obvious stuff of people not knowing how to read and properly declining all the extra bs you don't need.

I would love to see a Justice League live action show in the stunt theater. With the movie coming out it would make a lot of sense but I doubt we see that either.

Great report and pictures! I really enjoy Grizzly, especially at night. I usually ride it in the front row though since it rarely ever has a line and just feels faster to me in the front.

Wouldn't surprise me but don't wanna jump to conclusions until we find out what this is about yet. If it is something like that though gotta think it's only a matter of time before metal detectors are put in, at least on this ride.

If it's a flat ride I just hope they put it in old country so we can get that path opened up to justice league.

I also love the timer feature, that's definitely going to be fun, especially to see if you can beat your previous time.
