No such ride. I'll just pass for Q instead of repeating Quicksilver Express.

RMC-ifying Son of Beast
BuffaloWingRider replied to Marney's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I see the loop of Rock Bottom Plunge at Nickelodeon shake every time the train passes through the element, and all sources say the ride is supposed to do that. Is it normal for the ride to shake like that? Was it normal in that video? Someone please respond. -
Ridership is low because it is stuck back there by itself. Honestly if you aren't exiting Timber Wolf, you really have no reason to go by it. Now if the Triotech Dark Ride (rumored) gets put in that area, the ridership for the ride might go up significantly. Well if that was the problem they could have just tried relocating it to a new spot in the park where it could get more guests, so I think it was mainly removed because it required lots of maintenance -that is if it was even removed which it probably wasn't

Valleyfair (VF) Discussion Thread

My prediction for Valleyfair in 2017 is a clone of what CW is getting this year because that will probably go well. A coaster may come in 2018 or 2019 but I don't think next year. -

It's early, but let's speculate 2017. What are some possibilities? What are you all expecting? Could Excalibur still be removed and a water park expansion take place? -

^It's possible but do you really think they would use all that money on a new entrance when it has a decent one for a park it's size? I think there are many things they need more than a new or second entrance. I think the entrance will just be a smaller one to the water park, not one that is better than the original one. -

Buy or Build your own theme park???
BuffaloWingRider replied to Jodon's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
In reality I would spend my money on other stuff but just for fun... I would start a massive amusement and water park right outside NYC which needs a big park. I would add many coasters including Intamin Giga- Blue Lightning B&M Hyper- Excelsior Infinity Triotech Dark Ride - Malfunction RMC - The Knight Intamin Accelerator - To the Moon and Back that's just to start off but it would be one of the best parks out there up with CP and SFMM. If it was successful I would start a chain like CF of SF all over the US. -

We don't need a third coaster bordering the parking lot. -
Your Home Park Lines
BuffaloWingRider replied to Imagineer Josh's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I shall use your format. Wild Thing - 0, 5, 0 - lots of people but: giant trains, great operations, never breaks down, but they stop it a lot for people having their cell phones on the lift hill. Renegade - 30, 45, 20 - slow operations and lots of crowds Mad Mouse - 10, 15, 30 slow operations and moderate crowds Steel Venom - 10, 40, 10 - bad capacity but not too popular and operations are good Excalibur - 0, 0, 0 - walk on always High Roller - 5, 30, 5 - not too bad at first but it gets some long lines but then they mellow out later again. Corkscrew - 20, 10, 5 - near the front so people hit it first but no one really comes back too it, you know why. If 30 minutes isn't long to you it's what i'm used to at Valleyfair for being long. -
