The B&M Gigacoaster that Wonderland has is 3 years old, and a quick check of rcdb shows that there are 15 other roller coasters in the park. CF really needs to step up a notch, more than half its parks desperately need coasters. Same situation with Six Flags but not as bad. Actually forgot to mention The Bat at KI looks really fun I really want to get on it.

What? I heard it wasn't that bad, just mediocre. What is so bad about it? It just seems to be your average small woodie.

I phrased it as unlikely to prevent an ambush of disagreements but yeah, I think Roar is going to get the RMC treatment eventually and not receiving those MF trains is a sign it will happen soon.

Wild Thing, Valleyfair last Saturday.

Wild theory: SFA doesn't need the trains because they will just be getting RMC trains in 1 or 2 years! May seem far fetched but most Six Flags parks will get an RMC eventually and it will probably be Roar at SFA.

I didn't like this ride.

Magnum is the best I have ridden, but I want to get on X2 and Tennessee Tornado.

Just interested what ride seems fun to operate or what would you like to do at Valleyfair? I would choose Power Tower.

If they are getting rid of one of them I would venture to say that Rougarou will be the one to go and Valravn will replace it. Rougarou shouldn't even have been on the list this year if we are talking line length. I know there was some hype, but when I went the line wasn't that bad, and I went on a july weekend. I bet they just slid it on the list so anyone who was buying flash pass would think: well I have to ride their new ride, upgrade!

All around the pond is one of the most beautiful parts of Valleyfair. Here is a picture I took that I felt like sharing.

Worst Intamin I have been on: Haven't ridden it but I saw it in person: Wilderness Run, clearly. Worst B&M: Batman the Ride, but that's just because I had to pick it. I like the ride. Worst GCI: Renegade is the only GCI I have been on and it's phenomenal.

I am actually really sad that VF is about to close. Saturday will be my last visit of the season. The summer and fall went so fast. I will not be going back next year except for maybe once. Thanks for the fun this year Valleyfair

I would assume it will be open regularly going forward. Yeah, it wouldn't make sense for them to spend that money restoring it not to use it again after 2016.

I am taking this poll because when most people refer to the best B&M coaster at Cedar Point results vary from Raptor to Gatekeeper and sometimes even Rougarou so I want to see what most coaster enthusiasts think opposed to the GP who seem to heavily favor Gatekeeper. I will not be including Valravn because no one has ridden it yet and also it is obviously going to be the best in most people's opinions. A good chunk of coaster enthusiasts have been to Cedar Point so many will be able to honestly answer this poll. Lastly, I will state my opinion. I heavily prefer Gatekeeper because I judge most coasters not on intensity, but on enjoy-ability that is unless it is a ride specifically meant for intensity like Maverick or Fury325. Besides, Gatekeeper is so beautiful.

Yeah it is really cool to look down at all the fog all over the park when you are on Power Tower.
