I am still looking forward to experiencing this park for the first time. Cheetah just looked like the best ride. Very curious to see what Hersend plans with this park. Maybe RMC gave them a were sorry about lightning Rod so here is a cheap makeover on Cheetah deal lmao

I messaged the park and they responded that the Cheetah has been retired. That is sad being the one custom coaster there. They worded it that its been retired to make room for exciting new changes. Are we guessing budget cuts or RMC?

Sorry to double post. Were visiting this park in April and I recently heard Cheetah will be closed this summer and was closed all last summer? That is by far the attraction I was most excited to try

Park is opening May 29th. That is only a week later then usual. Most other Cedar Fair parks seems to be opening a few weeks or months later then usual

Seems like all Cedar Fair parks received a similar email with most opening a little later then usual

does spelling have to be 100% accurate? Some coasters have very interesting spelling to them

I have only managed to ever get one ride on Lightning Rod and it is very hard to judge off one ride but it was fun!

Surprised you found El Loco rough. I have only ridden Steel Hawg and I found it glass smooth. I am scared to ride a Chaos after the one at my home park broke off its axis. Lastly I really wanna try a chance super shot since I believe there are only 2 in north America and the one at Family Kingdom I hear never runs

I love Kentucky Kingdom. Its not the best park around but somehow we manage to have more fun at this park then any other. Last time we visited this park is was a beautiful sunny day, and sadly the next day was Holiday World and it was down pouring and cold the whole visit. Lighting Run is easily in my top 5 favorite coasters. This little coaster packs a punch!!!!!

I meant it as more of a complement as to how deep the line up is and not as an insult. A park like Carowinds has 5 good coasters, some family coasters and some filler. Kings Island has around 8 or 9 good coasters, some family and not much filler

Although I find they dont have a super amazing world beating coaster, I find a huge majority of their coasters are very solid. This park is much less top heavy then say a Carowinds

I am very torn between Mystic Timbers or Orion as my favorite in the park. I would prly lean towards Mystic Timbers. I did my first trip to this park this summer and I was impressed by it. Very solid line up of coasters.

I love to be driving down the freeway when I pass a semi with coaster track on it lol

I 100% agree on Phantoms Revenge. That ride is amazing

Nice report. I really hope this park gets the Gravity Group shuttle coaster! A new age Euro Fighter or Spinner could also work here

Trying to plan my summer amusement park trips. I am hoping to stop at this park on my way to Florida in April. I have a 3 year old that is obsessed with dinosaurs. Does this park still have a dino walk through? I saw nothing of it on their website Edit: Contacted the park and it was removed

I rode both sides for the first time this year and given the age of the ride I thought it was pretty smooth. Way smoother then the beast that killed us
