33 ft isnt that credit whore-ish. I will probably be there to ride it sometime soon, Como is a nice place, and I still haven't gotten on their Soaring Eagle Zipline! And according to the photo (see below) Como Town's Facebook posted, it looks pretty nice!, it looks pretty nice! Does anyone know what kind of coaster that is? I know I've seen something like it, but I don't know where. -

Gold and Platinum passholders get early entry to the park. -
Facebook is acting really strange, I am unable to like TPR's content. Strange. Is this happening to anyone else? EDIT:It works now.

I like it, it's a lot of fun! I agree with you, it is a ride where you just laugh for most of the ride. The whole Route 76 area was really well done. It's definitely not the most thrilling ride, nor does it have to be. It's just plain fun! -

Yes, that excellent rating scale. I remember that once the balloon ride was rated a 4. It also says that Renegade is "Less Thrilling" than Wild Thing, which I think that most everyone would disagree with... It's actually the rating I would expect for this attraction. Keep in mind the number given isn't just about how intense or scary a ride may be. It is very specific to what kinds of things the guest will experience. In the waterpark, I believe the rating system also considers the swimming ability required. A 5 in the waterpark, for example, means that the rider will also be encountering deep and turbulent water, and may need to be able to control their body under these conditions. That will not exactly be the case with these new slides because they end in runouts, not deep pools. These slides may be intimidating and thrilling, but that doesn't necessarily mean they are "aggressive" per se. Oh yeah, I forgot that the waterpark ratings are different than the actual park ratings. Also, if it is about "agression", it makes me even more confused about why Renegade has a lower rating than Wild Thing. -
This is the best post in this thread, so far.

The "GP" of Theme Parks Facebook Thread!

I would actually argue this one is not so dumb. I mean, superman did once get stuck just before the roll and while we may know that the roll has a slight downwards slope to prevent that most people don't. I have actually never heard of that incident, thanks for catching that one. However, when a lot of people think of "GP", one of the things they think of is people who think that coasters aren't safe, which is kinda the impression I got from this comment. -

From TPR's Facebook when they posted a video of Tempesto testing. Just curious, can anyone translate this one into English? And this is 22 hours after TPR posted it, which means that TPR had 22 hours to delete the REALLY dumb ones. -

They would lose a lot of parking spaces if they did that, it's a fairly large area. I don't see how this could benefit anything, please explain. I've heard that the height restriction doesn't encompass the entire park, but if that's not true, Mondial can make a shorter Windseeker. It doesn't have to be 301 feet. -
It takes 2 hours to change a turn signal light on a 2012 Chevy Malibu. 2 hours to change a lightbulb This is with 2 people, also.

Yes, it's people trying to be "funny" for April Fools Day. Sounds like someone's bitter It's just that is has been about the 4th time I've seen something like this yesterday. It was getting old... Well, Lagoon opened last weekend, was anyone there? And if so, did you take any photos of Cannibal? Visit Lagoon Is Fun and check the Cannibal thread there. Plenty of opening day pictures of Cannibal. Some very good different angles. Thank you! This ride looks so weird in the best way! -

Well it's still fun! I recommend riding it sometime when you're near. I was surprised they were running it at 8 at night when it was snowing and 16 degrees in December. It was cool to have that "coaster in the snow" experience. Yeah, I went up to Duluth a few weeks ago mainly to experience the "Coaster In The Snow", and it was awesome! I love the fact that they can run in the winter!
