  1. This has me intrigued! Looking forward to more. Also, this thing is going to be HUGE!
  2. Just went through the pages, and Team TPR has raised $12,233 for Give Kids the World! That is incredible! The Great Zo, you have me stumped!
  3. Because nobody wants it. If you could have a coaster in your backyard, what would it be?
  4. Deep in the depths of Planet Snoopy, such a ride exists. It's called Woodstock Whirlybirds.
  5. Because there are no donkeys on the Japanese Taiko Drum game. Why does Europa Park have to be in Europe?
  6. I'll be helping out with Run and Ride Race on May 17th (10K and Half Marathon day). If anyone is running one of those races, you might see me! I'll be an aid station volunteer. You can get a Platinum Pass and All Season Dining plan for $327. Go to the park's website to get that.
  7. It think it pays off in about 4-5 meals.
  8. Video of real people on the slides from VF's Facebook: You can really see how tall it is!
  9. Thank you so much, Dustin! I'm at $75 dollars now!!!
  10. Here's a video of Xtreme Swing testing! For some reason I am unable to embed it with the [fbvideo][/fbvideo] feature.
  11. What's wrong with the park's sites? They are a lot easier to use and cleaner then many websites. I am really not a fan on the new logo, but the rest of the site it pretty nice.
  12. Mine must be Renegade on the last 2 Sundays of the 2014 season. First off, the ride crew was incredible, best that I have EVER had. They were hilarious and very efficient. They were energetic, constantly making jokes, singing along with the music, and they were one of the fastest crews I've ever seen. Also, I had the entire train to myself on one of the rides in the back seat, which allowed me to see how the entire trains moves on the track. I know it sounds really geeky, but it is something I will never forget. I remember looking at the train on the lift hill, and the cars were moving slightly up and down as it went along the track. Something you don't see with a full train.
  13. Valleyfair for opening weekend
  14. I was going to say Maverick's twisted horse shoe roll, viewed from the top looks like a tenor/alto clef.
  15. ^This part resembles a treble clef:
  16. Update 2.1.5.0 is here containing all new scripted rides! This update is free to all NoLimits 2 users. The update adds five professionally modeled and scripted rides. Features: - Professionally modeled with multiple LODs for high performance. - Drop in and play! All rides are scripted with animation and sound effects ready to go. Just add to your park like any other pre-built scenery object. - All rides can be ridden! Approach the ride and press E when prompted to board the ride. Enjoy! [youtu_be] [/youtu_be]
  17. Something would have to go SERIOUSLY wrong for Fury to get stuck upside down.!
  18. IF we got an invert, I'm thinking one about the size of Patriot. I would like vest restraints, because they look really comfortable (I haven't tried a vest yet). For the forces, I really have no idea. It is looking like B&M s going back to its roots of forceful rides and innovation with Fury, Banshee, and Thunderbird. I really don't know what to expect from them, and that's a good thing!!!
  19. Exciting! Man it's gonna be cold for the first few riders. Aren't you all still getting random snowfall up in MN? It's supposed to be 70 on Thursday. Also, do they just throw a water dummy down the slide to test it? If not, how do people test a waterslide? Also, I caught Power Tower testing today.
  20. So, I am going to SFGAm this summer (Tuesday in June), and I was wondering how I should conquer the park. My current plan is to go Goliath, X-Flight, Giant Drop, and then Raging Bull, but I'm not sure what I should do from there. I'm thinking to go from Raging Bull to Whizzer. Also, does Superman: Ultimate Flight ever have a time where the line shrinks down (Some rides at the front of some parks have very small lines towards closing, is this the case with S:UF? Any help is greatly appreciated!
  21. I use: TPR Park Index to figure out how long I will need to spend at a park, and if I actually want to go to that park. RCDB to find parks near other parks. Google Maps for driving (With the drive times double checked by Map Quest, sometimes Google wants you to go 90 MPH to get to the place in the time they say it will take you) I pull up a Google Doc to write everything out, and make sure everything is possible time-wise. TPR's Forum to ask for local's advice!
  22. Everything that he just said. You are really underestimating drive time. Also, how do you plan on doing Adventureland, Arnold's Park, and the long drive ( I think it is somewhere around 6 hours) to Kansas? And how are you going to do Schlitterbahn AND Worlds of Fun in one day? This trip will be extremely exhausting.
  23. Here's one of Valleyfair's Power Tower: Also, I really like this picture. It's a close-up of Corkscrew's track, with Wild Thing operating in the background. I'm not sure where you would use it, but I'll give it to you anyway: I plan on taking A TON of photos of rides in the 2 months, and I'll get those to you as soon as possible!
  24. Tacos Worlds of Fun or Dorney Park?
